Rip off merchants
Tried to order a deal through this company. Selected the deal on their product page, went all the way through checkout etc. putting in my bank details, card number, pretty much all the personal information anyone would need to commit fraud and then when I got to the end of checkout to review my basket & details etc. the deal I'd selected was showing in my basket but the upfront & monthly payments had changed. They were trying to charge me nearly twice as much as I had originally selected. When I asked them why it had changed they claimed the deal with EE had ended at midnight. Yet they were still selling it at 08:45 this morning but by 9am when I got to the end of the checkout they were moving the goalposts.
For their sake I hope no money disappears from my account now that they have had all my bank details put into their systeml.
Absolute joke of a company. Worst shopping experience I've ever had.
UPDATE: I've ended up having to order through these jokers anyway but had to pay more for a plan with less data after they refused to honour the original deal.

Bought what I thought based on the description a one month data package with ee and wifi dongle actually is a minimum 2 month package if you want to cancel the contract. Should have been clearly stated rather than sold as a one month contract.

Easy enough to place order.
Order got delay by a few days, but adaquate communication.
Tried to contact customer service team when item receive - they never answered. Just kept going to a mobile phone voicemail (seems a bit amateur).
