Dreadful!

As others have stated. Ordered on 16th December, never showed up, two emails saying there had been issues with royal mail. I was asked to confirm if it had arrived after christmas. It still hasnt arrived, i have asked three times asking for a full refund but communication has ceased from them now. Not sure what else i can do but will see if i can report them somehow. Absolutely dreadful customer service, clearly dodgy and some kind of scam. I have ordered this product from amazon several times before and never had an issue so no clue what the deal is with ordering from them direct. Avoid at all cost and if you really do want their products, get them via amazon

** update 13th Jan. i have received a refund as requested after a few more email exchanges. It doesn’t change that this company still did not follow through on their order and still not ideal that i had to push and keep emailing to get a refund organised which took the best part of two weeks. But, i have now had the refund so thought it was important to set that record straight from my end. Still won’t buy from them directly again in future

Exactly same others scam

Exactly same other - ordered December and was emailed two days in a row to say my order was processing. When the order didn’t turn up, I emailed Bella their contacted their customer services and was told it was a Royal Mail issue with syncing. Have chased and nothing now. No option to leave a review on their website.

Scam - took my money and didn’t deliver the product

As many others have said, ordered before Christmas and was emailed two days in a row to say my order was processing. When the order didn’t turn up, I contacted their customer service team and was told it was a Royal Mail issue and could I ‘confirm’ it had arrived. I reiterated that it hadn’t arrived, have chased three times since and have received nothing nor a refund. There is no option to leave a review on their website.

Ordered a bottle of vegan original…

Ordered a bottle of vegan original liquor on 12.12.25 for christmas. No order received. Emailed just before christmas and was advised they are having problems with royal mail syncing with online retailers and the order would be dispatched as soon as possible. Emailed again on 28.12.25 asking where my order is. No reply. Website states they are closed now til 5.1.26. I have cancelled my order now demanding refund. I will also report them

No order received

Ordered a bottle of their vegan liqueur on the 15th December to have over Christmas, received an email confirmation saying my order was being processed and then nothing else! Contacted them several times via email and their instagram page and no reply. In the end I asked to cancel my order and have a refund but again no reply. Total waste of time and money, AVOID.

I ordered 6 bars of chocolate on the…

I ordered 6 bars of chocolate on the 9th May. Got a confirmation email telling me my order was being processed same day. As of day - 27th May - I’ve heard nothing further and not received the chocolate. Sent an email asking where my order was but not heard anything back.

Reply received 28th May offering refund or wait a little longer for the order due to a launch.

Sent email requesting an update on my order on 12th June. Not replied to date. Very disappointing indeed.

Ordered 6 bottles of original liqueur

Ordered 6 bottles of original liqueur, they are sending Strawberry!! I have emailed them at least 6 times to change or cancel the order and have been totally ignored !
They have now despatched it, and I don't want it.
After spending quite a lot of money with them in the past few years I am absolutely fuming.Why can't you just reply to me? I am allergic to Strawberries!

Great lactose free chocolate

Purchased 3 bars from a small shop but opened to find they were white and crumbling. Great customer service as they’ve replaced all three with no problems. Have just tasted the new bars and they are great! Definitely recommend!

Just incredible

The best vegan liquer that tastes better than how I remember Baileys tasted! Been hooked for a year, both my wife & I.

We're now hooked on this. Suprised at the low reviews tbh we have ordered about 5 times and never had an issue.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - TASTELESS!!! RUDE STAFF!

Brought 6 bars. Yes the chocolate is nice and tasty, but considering they are meant to be flavoured i.e Bourbon, Cookies & Cream etc etc I failed to actually get any real taste of the "flavour".

It looks as all they do is make a chocolate bar and then let it set and then when they wrap it "sprinkle" a few crumbs on the back then wrap them. They certainly don't look like the website or Instagram page.

I contacted the company to say that I was a bit disappointed and raised the above to them as feedback etc, then to receive a borderline rude email back stating that "We are baffled and we suggest that you go and get a COVID19 test done.

Never have I had such a strange / rude / blunt response back from a company.

Certainly wont be buying again!!!! big disappointment and big waste of £20.00.
