Great support in helping design my project.

Everything was spelled out very easily. It was easy to go in and add and edit and directions were clear and concise. Thanks for all your help.

Overall, the cd jewel case project was done well and on time. However, upon receiving the shipment and opening the box, there were critical elements missing from the tray card artwork. I know it was there when I uploaded it. I used the real time proof option, most certainly would have seen the issue.
My account CS, Matt, was really good in the process to try and rectify the situation, which ultimately would be myself blade cutting the shrink-wrap, pulling out the jewel case, disassembling the tray, putting in a new tray card and reassembling, try to slip the cd back into shrink-wrap to at least protect them.
This is an incredibly arduous task.
Now, upon re-uploading the artwork, this time there was an email art approval sent. Lo and behold, once again missing elements.
It came to Matt's attention that there was a red border guideline that was in the PDF and it was being taken out, however some of the elements were tied to the layer and would be deleted as well.
To be even more diligent, after taking out the red border guide, I sent a "flattened" PDF so that nothing could be done on Discmaker's end to the artwork.
Matt did arrange to have the new tray cards shipping covered, but I still had to pay for the actual product.
Not particularly thrilled with the experience. I actually would have been fine with the red border line around the graphic edge if they wouldn't have deleted it.

The volume from track to track differs greatly!

Everything was great except that they mislead you to think your vinyl records are being made in the USA, they are not. They are made in France and I was forced to pay import fees.
