Overall Disc Makers did a wondeful job
Overall Disc Makers did a wondeful job, the graphics team brought my vision and ideas to life, and the replication seems to be flawless, thank you. Additionally the majority of the customer team I engaged with was absolutely wonderful, but I did have a bad experience with one in particular who seemed to be annoyed to have to do his job. If it wasn't for that experience (on two separate occasions) I would have rated you 5 stars.

I am a little bit dissatisfied due to the fact that both my CD and the LP were ordered at about the same time, and yet a month has lapsed in the actual delivery of each. Could you tell me why this is? I would have preferred that both were delivered simultaneously.

Courteous, responsive and helpful, quality product.
The people I dealt with were courteous, responsive and helpful. I asked question after question and they answered them all right away. The CD came out sounding great and the artwork was lovely. There was an error in some extras I ordered but they refunded me for the mistake. I would totally recommend them.
