I find the process a bit long you buy the product but still have to redeem the token for the product you want apart from that it's a great place to buy from would definitely recommend to all

I have purchased a few items from Discount Experts and I was very happy with them, when received. Goods and prices amazing for myself, as goods I purchased, were gifts and everybody was very happy with their gifts😀

I will not recommend you to anyone because you allow irresponsible merchant on your site and you just abandon your customers at their mercy. I have make a purchase on you site with Orion Computers limited, they took my money plus delivery fees and they are not updating me with any delivery date despite several messages i have sent. They are ignoring me and you are not helping to recover my money. I also purchased many items from other merchants and there is no update on any delivery

Does everything as advertised. Fairly easy for disabled 74 year old man to use.

I didn’t realise when I purchased items it would be a voucher I won’t be ordering again I’ve emailed them only to be ignored

The items I have purchased have been worth the price paid. I was introduced to DISCOUNTEXPERTS by my neice. It has been one of the good companies I use.
I recommend them to anyone who wants value for money.

It was ok after buying the gazebo which had no problem with my card kept declined when trying to buy a coffee machine I tried 6 times but kept saying it's declined why I don't know after buying the gazebo

I’ve had a few thing from DE and mostly everything has been great but a couple of times I had problems, once resulting in refund and another when cheap rubbish arrived, nothing like described in the ad. However on both occasions DE were very helpful, it’s not DE’s fault that some of their suppliers are not trustworthy.

The phone I received was 6.2 inch, 4gb memory,, 64gb storage, 3400 maH battery, no fingerprint reader, 16Mb rear camera, 8Mb front camera. This an absolute con trick!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

The items are nothing like what’s advertised - cheap, poor quality, and in some cases, they don’t even arrive.
I waited six weeks and still haven’t received one item.
Out of five items ordered, only one was acceptable. Three were extremely substandard, and one was so awful it felt like a complete scam. Total false advertising.

Customer service is just as bad. Slow to respond and nearly impossible to reach. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Shopping on your site is so easy & delivery is speedy too. Never had any problems.
