Money paid, over 4 months and nothing is received.

Easy to orderand item fine. But the delivery is not good and take ages

It was easy to order what I wanted.

simple system, quick turn around and arrived in order.

Item was completely different to what was ordered!!
Avoid this company at all costs…..Total rip-off merchants!!!!!

I purchased two vouchers from this website, fully expecting to receive the advertised order. At no point during the purchase was it clearly stated that delivery had to be paid separately or that there were additional steps required after buying the vouchers.

After waiting around two weeks and receiving nothing, I contacted customer service. I was then informed that delivery needed to be paid separately. When I asked for a refund due to the unclear and misleading terms, I was told refunds are not possible.

I then agreed to pay for delivery, only to be told that it was now too late because the voucher had expired, even though the delay was caused by the lack of clear information and the time taken to get a response.

As a result, I lost my money and received no product and no refund.

This is extremely poor practice:

No clear rules at the point of purchase

Important information hidden or communicated too late

Vouchers becoming invalid due to the company’s own process

No accountability or customer-focused resolution

I would strongly advise others to avoid this website. I am still expecting either a full refund or the order I originally paid for.

What was advertised as a Amazon fire stick was in fact just the remote control for one only so not use full unless I buy the rest of the stick and as it only cost 5.99 and 3.99 postage not really worth returning just false advertising

I have ordered many times from this company and each time it's a very easy process.
Everything I have ordered always arrives on time and is excellent value.
Can't ask for anymore.

Merchandise is very good, but delivery is iffy. I ordered several items, but most were not delivered. And then it was cumbersome to find order numbers to follow-up. Also, separating purchase price from postage is difficult to understand.

Good description and graphics of products at very competitive prices and excellent offers. Easy ordering process which is quickly acknowledged. Kept informed regarding delivery when received the product is well packaged and is exactly as advertised.

The product, amazon 7 fire, was a refurbished item but when it arrive it looked in almost perfect condition, was very securely packaged. Very easy to set up and works really well. I just mainly use it to read my kindle books.
