Thank you for your kind review Helen, usually orders are dispatched the same or next working day, with the Royal Mail price increases happening on the 7th of April, I've inundated with orders all at once which slowed everything down a bit, this should have been communicated better though, so apologies for that

Thanks for the review Briony,

I completely agree that we fell short on this order, and I'm really sorry to have let you down.

Unfortunately in life plans are made and things sometimes go wrong, I had planned to have all of my stock with me at my new premises and have no down time in shipping at all, unfortunately because the movers failed to follow my instructions this wasn't the case.

All of that is of course not your fault and I completely understand, if you reach out to the email you contacted me on previously I'm sure I can work something out to make this right

Hello Gemma!

Thank you for the nice review, so to explain the second class issue, you ordered both 2nd class stamps (sometimes called no value indicators) these are stamps which are marked "2nd" which you ordered 10 of, the other stamps you ordered were 2nd class combination stamps using three or four stamps, these are stamps sold in combination with each other to make up to the current 2nd class rate (87p)

For example if you order 10 2nd class using a combination of 3 or 4 stamps, you may receive 10 50p stamps, 10 20p stamps and 10 17p stamps, you'd pop one of each onto your letter so it adds up to 87p (2nd class rate)

They do effectively the same job , however the combination stamps are considerably cheaper as if sending bulk letters (like 100 a day for example) it takes a long time to affix them, hence the cheaper price (although a lot of customers also prefer them as they make your letters look a lot more cool, having many different unique stamps all at once!)
