I ordered 2 small head torches, the wrong items were sent and not as I ordered, The customer service was slow at responding at first, however eventually we agreed that I would keep the lights but at a slightly reduced cost. This was an amicable solution, rather than send back for a full refund and meant I did not have to wait for a replacement.

As is the case sometimes I stumbled across Discount Sales 365 via a Google search and thought “that’s a great price” so ordered from them. I got a confirmation email and delivery details and my purchase arrived when it should have. Great service.

What a brilliant company. I ordered a harness for my dog from them, but unfortunately after wearing it only a couple of times it broke. I sent an email to them and they explained the person that dealt with returns and refunds was away and would be back on Tuesday. Sure enough on the Tuesday I received an email asking if I'd like a replacement or a refund. As I'd already purchased another harness, I asked for a refund and within a few minutes I had a notification from PayPal to say the money had been refunded to my card. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again myself.
