Service was ok, only thing is that i paid an additional insurance fee for the car which was already included in the fee from the car rental company. Therefore 4 stars.

Discovercars take no responsibility for wrong rental voucher
The voucher by Discovercars is for 37 days, but the rental company limited the periode to 30 days.
Discovercars take no responsibility and do not either ammend their mistake or compensate for 7 days lost rental plus the expenses related to drive to the airport for new rental and lost of time.
I gave two stars instead of one star because of previous good experience.

I like the price
I like the price. I didn't like how I kept getting kicked off trying to fill out the rental because I went to a chat to ask a question and then because I went to look at the terms and conditions which it says you are saying that you read but if you go to them and read them you lose everything I have to start over. That just doesn't seem right but I think I finally got it done. My first time with this company so I hope it goes well.

Avoid this company – forced insurance charge and no support
I had a prepaid rental reservation through DiscoverCars with Drivus Tangier. The agreed service was airport meet & greet, but after waiting, the representative arrived and took me to their office instead of delivering the car at the airport as agreed.
At the rental desk, they tried to process the required security deposit. My credit card was valid, in my name, and had sufficient available credit. However, the pre-authorisation failed multiple times due to technical/connection errors. My bank later confirmed there were no restrictions on my card and no rejected authorisation requests from their side.
Instead of resolving the deposit issue, Drivus refused to provide the vehicle unless I purchased their additional Full Coverage insurance for 4,500 MAD. I had already paid around €470 for the rental and had no realistic alternative at 3:00 AM, so I was forced to pay for insurance that I did not want and that was not supposed to be mandatory according to the rental conditions.
The situation became even more concerning afterwards. When I contacted Drivus to confirm that the vehicle had been returned without new damage, they claimed there was “some extra damage” but provided no photos, damage report, or any evidence. After requesting proof, they stopped responding.
I also contacted DiscoverCars, but they did not provide a solution or take responsibility for the supplier’s actions.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting from Drivus Tangier or booking through DiscoverCars without being extremely careful. Make sure you understand that you may be pressured into paying additional charges at the desk, even when you have already complied with the rental requirements.
