Signed up for The Ashes Cricket, when I pay £33 for the privalage to then be subjected to constant adverts its greed at its very worst. Also the actual coverage is so poor, not a patch on the BBC & Sky. In the UK the Ashes really should be 'Free to Air'

What happened it's been 3 weeks since a new episode of anything but ghosts and naked has been aired. They said a new episode of expedition X will air July 22 what happened still hasn't been aired by October 22 give me the job of programming and subscriptions will increase

I’d give no stars if I could. Forced to use Discovery+ to watch TNT sports, (still no idea why). It’s the worst live sports streaming app ever! Barely ever runs smoothly, always lagging, stops every few minutes! Do these people have no idea what watching live sport means???? Watching it with 5, 10, 15 second lags every minute is the worst kind of frustrating.

It take ages to load up, logs me out all the time and the quality, god, don’t even get me started in the poor blurred quality of matches!!

Since they changed their appearance a few days ago performance has deteriorated. When watching a series it sometimes doesn't automatically change to the next episode and you have to go back to the series list to choose the next episode. Today in the middle of watching a programme it just suddenly flung me back to the series page and I had to pick my episode to continue watching. There doesn't seem to be any human customer support and my problems are not in the chat bots list of subjects! They have obviously changed more than their appearance and don't seem to be monitoring the results of whatever they have done. If this continues I shall cancel my subscription.

Slow to load, constantly playing adverts around every 10 minutes. Terrible service and frustrating to use

Unable to load, contacted tech support for assistance. Rude, unprofessional, and ZERO help. Once they discovered I had a subscription under Roku, they just stopped replying. Ending my subscription NOW! You all suck!

Paying £30 a month for this and they still cover it all in adverts that don't even pause the live feed so you miss vital parts of a race. Some adverts last 4mins plus so you can miss a whole important section.
Still love the live coverage but its hard to keep paying.

Discovery+ needs to fix the continue watch , it never goes to where you left off , I have to go to episode and click on next episode every time not happy with it.

I subscribe to discovery plus for the cycling which was ad free and very good. Now tour de France had either adverts or split screen without adverts which had no times or splits on. Now watching the vuelta and we no longer have ad free at all. Disgusting. I am reverting back to getting tnt through virgin and cancelling subscription as it is a lot cheaper

Horrible streaming. It's always shutting down, turning off and slowing down in the middle of the story. It's hard to get a full show in without problems. I've had the service for a month and have had nothing but problems. It's a shame because it's shows I was looking forward to seeing and paying for it seems wrong.

Waste of airtime time. Used to be informative, and well done shows. Now all repeats. Some money hungry owners that have no imagination what so ever..

To use no adverts as a selling point, then to continually show them is not what I signed up for, thi sis trust pilot, do I trust discovery plus, absolutely not. It's greed.

Incredibly annoying and frustrating experience when trying to watch cycling programmes due to a level of incompetence and complete disinterest from the people involved in the running the channel. Time and time again it takes ages to find the programme you want to watch because these morons don't categorise or list the programme effectively or efficiently. One has to only have half a brain to know that all programmes of the same event e.g. recent Tour de Suisse, should be in a folder entitled, believe or not, Tour de Suisse. Do these morons do this? No the programmes are just thrown on the service without any thought of how viewers can access them. This happens for nearly every race. I've spent hours looking through the cycling page trying to find the next episode of the race. This is not rocket science it is just simple editing of the programmes on the servers, putting them together in folders. It's basic computer programming. And that just shows how incompetence discovery sports are.

They play the same commercial literally over and over. I've literally seen the same Mini Reni commercial like 100 times in less than a week. It does not make me want to watch that show. My advice is to not to overplay a commercial constantly which deters people away from what they are advertising. Also, they do not put the commercials where they belong. Your show cuts out in the middle of people talking. When the show returns
(after playing the same commercial at least twice), it comes back only to black out and return again. The place where it blacks out is where the commercial is meant to be. Seeing the same commercial play over and over and twice during the commercial breaks which is OFTEN, gets very annoying. This makes me not want to subscribe to or watch this channel at all.

Discovery prioritizes other streaming platforms for their own shows, like Naked and Afraid. I used to like Discovery but it doesn't sit well with me, they wait months to air a DISCOVERY tv show. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend.

App rarely starts series at the point you left it, that alone is annoying, but every time you fast forward or back to find where you left off you have to endure another batch of adverts so basically you spend forever watching adverts for nothing.

I had exactly the same experience as DP on 21 May. Deximu is a scam, stay well clear!

Had an issue I needed help with. Got through to a human on chat very quickly and Stephen helped me with my query in a prompt and pleasant manner.

Firstly, I believe Discovery+ are a legitimate business and have no criticism of them. However, last week I logged in as a guest to watch a one-off free sports event. During the process I was directed to a web page requesting my credit card details to verify I was in the UK. A few days later my bank contacted me about a suspicious transaction of £39.99 to a company called Deximu.com. I established that scammers had managed to obtain my credit card details by hacking into the Discovery+ website. My bank have cancelled my old credit card, but have now paid this money to these scammers. In essence I have lost almost £40 to criminals, due to no fault of my own. BEWARE OF THIS WHEN USING DISCOVERY+.
