Simplicity or nothing?

I think it would be much better and more practical for brands to have their own dedicated forums, and this is contrary to the trend we have been following in the last few years, because in the past few years, brand pages on various virtual networks had attracted the attention of users. In the case of the Apple forum, the website template is extremely simple and none of the various features used in the design of other site templates have been used here, and it is a bit boring. If the user incentive system is improved, perhaps the potential available in the forum can be used much more.

Evert fix attempt cost me more

Contacted nebula after noticing triple charges in two weeks. their reply blamed system queue and refused reversal. The next email billed me fifty dollars for priority handling. The original report never arrived, but my account kept shrinking. What should have been a ten dollars experiment turned into a chain of unjustified withdrawals

Every reply me ant another fee

I added my story to apple discussions after seeing others complain about nebula. First I paid for a trial that renewed without asking. Then, every email I sent for help came with a new small fee on my bank statement. it's unbelievable that trying to solve a problem costs more than the original service

Charges continued despite cancellation confirmation in Nebula App

At first, I thought it was my mistake - maybe I clicked something wrong during sign-up. But after checking everything twice, I realized the charges weren’t my fault at all. I even had the cancellation email in my inbox, but they kept billing me. It feels like they just hope people won’t notice or won’t bother fighting it.

Support charged me for following up

I wrote to nebula after my first complaint was ignored. A week later I got a new invoice for $50 for 'priority handling'. They still haven't solved the original problem, so now I'm out more money than before

I know that there are a lot of dubious…

I know that there are a lot of dubious products on the internet, as well as in similar app stores or pm. But why don't developers fight this? I am very upset that I fell for this trick, but it's my fault. Anyway, I downloaded an app that I saw advertised on inst - nebula. In addition to the fact that you can't order a paid service through the app (payment is made through their website), they also dare to charge extra money for something I didn't order, hiding behind the fact that my order was not a full service.

Hidden fees emerge without warning

So, let me tell you what I'm saying : on discussions.apple.com, I saw others ranting about nebula, and sure enough, it siphoned cash from my account sans consent. No features unlocked, just losses. That's it

Just clicked 'email us' they billed me 50$

I've never seen this before. You tap their contact email - just tap and you get charged. 50 dollars gone. No interaction. This isn't just unethical, it's criminal behavior. Apple is hosting an app that's activity stealing from users

Bypassed purchases list extra charge failures

1. Bypasses in-app purchases
2. Delivers no services
3. Extra charges
Nebula fooled me with planetary learning. I paid for detailed interactions, app inoperable without anything. Debits accumulated, without value. It will be correct by removing this app.

Forum astro news filters lead to inoperable trap

In the forums, I read about Nebula for astrological news filters and decided to try it. But the app redirects payments to the external site. I paid expecting relevant updates, however, the app stayed without content, completely inoperable. Unsolicited debits appeared on my statement afterward, without services provided. Apple discussions, alert the community about this service.

They stole my cash

Since Nebula Horoscope & Astrology was advertised as free and I was interested in its horoscopes, I downloaded it from appstore. Complete error. Without warning they charged me like 15$ every weeks after three days. I tried to cancel but there is no cancel option and the app's interface is complete mess. Send two emails - crickets for ten days - to support. I've complained to the appstore and i still waiting. To halt the bleeding, I had to block my card. This app is really dubious

Really not very good

Really not very good, seems to take away responsibility from apple to solve their more complicated issues. It’s also ridiculously moderated, again apple making it very hard to fairly raise poor kit and service. For a trillion dollar company it’s pretty pathetic.
