Worst Experience
I had two connections(Parent and Child) for last 10-12 years.
In jan 2022 I wanted to disconnect one connection so the problem started:
Normal Call center officers are not allowed to take disconnect request. You need to talk to senior officer. Infact they discourage you to do so.
I spoke to around 5-6 different senior officers to disconnect one connection and transfer its amount to another but no one was knowing the procedure to transfer the amount. All suggest different methods but noting was moving in right direction.
Finally one senior officer told me that firstly we need to unlink these two connections and then request dishtv that recharge was done on wrong VC so transfer the charge. I did that but still no solution.
Finally I surrendered, I donot know what happened next. But one thing was in my mind that now I have only one connection.
I recharged my single existing connection on 05-Jul-22 and to my surprise by default it was recharged to Old disconnected dead VC number.
On contacting customer care they told it happens by default and recharge amount is distributed to both VC numbers. More surprise - My both account says zero balance on TV while on website one account shows the balance. Both TVs are not working.
Now I am again struggling to rectify. Its 4days now talked to more than 20 time to customer care and around 7-8 times with seniors. No one is able to rectify this.
Now starting recording all call conversations and planning to file a case in consumer forum

Most Fraudulent. CCE called to Activate Comedy Active, I strongly refused She Still Activated, because she Knows No one is there to hear. Their Business has came to an End, they have hired 3rd class CCE's who are begging for Incentives. The Female CCE called VC No. 02542123430 RMN, at 1:17 PM 10/04/22. & I Strongly Refused, I have a recording, which I can use to File an online Case against this Company.
I will share the same among Millions on Social Networking Sites.
World's worst STB product and service
After having a decade of using Dish TV service, I haven't seen this kind of worst and ridiculous service in my entire life. If there is a option of giving ratings in negative, I would have given them -100 rating. A third class product and it's service. There is not a single month in a year passes of without occurrence of issues in the service. Useless product and service.

We have had dish for only 28 hrs, worst service ever had. But found out by law, you can cancel with them in 12 days. Which believe me after having at&t and Xfinity, will never complain about them agai

Don't buy any products from dish tv. They always breakdown and the company don't want to know about it. They don't even accept calls from cell phones, only landlines. They are hopeless
Total lack support in NZ
Had nothing but problems with 2x A2 boxes now over past year, HDD issues and unit not work with remotes initially so they replaced unit now remotes continually stop working everyday and having to reboot unit, Now they not responding to my emails at all, total lack of after sales support. Will send back to store I brought from (the warehouse)

In the morning I have received a call from no 911203500855 and Shikha is talking and asking Dish TV has an add-on service for you which is free for you it has no charge for a month after a month we will charge till the time your recharge date and next recharge date will same. Then I asked if it's free then please enable it but after that, I found that its paid my recharge date and the next recharge date is changed it was 29 June but now 17 June. Then I call customer service asking you to deactivate then they replied we can't before a month and they get Rs 157 unnecessary. So, now day's they have just searching options to fraud people just getting money. They did such a thing especially covid pandemic there is already scanticity of money. Really a very bad experience.

I bought a smart stick from dish TV in this month and since then neither the installed apps are working and my TV has also started getting hanged while viewing dish channels.
I complained about this problem to them but they are least bothered to solve the customer's issues.
When I asked for refund, they refused to give. Neither they will give refund and neither the smart stick will work.
I have complained in consumer helpline but still the problem is not resolved.
Avoid buying any thing from DishTV.
I am switching to Airtel.

Outsourced customer service
Customer service comes from the Philippines which is hard to understand. The wait time to speak to a rep was 15 min only to get transferred to another rep. The ppl are friendly but service is cheap. I’m disappointed Dish has gone this route.
