The customer service and quality of this company is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I bought the Ada dress and wore it once, washed it once carefully according to the care instructions. I hand washed it and lay it on top of a clothes airer (i.e flat) and the whole dress stretched by about 5 inches on the arms and body. When I contacted customer service, they told me I should have contacted them when I noticed the fault (I did) and should have laid it “completely flat”. Basically, they blamed me for the product fabric quality being appalling. For a dress that cost $159!! I was offered no resolution at all. I’ll certainly never be shopping this terrible brand again.

I enquired with customer service as soon as I could regarding a fault of a garment, requesting assistance for an exchange (not a refund!)
I had worn the dress for 1 wear on Christmas Day, and a prior stitching flaw that was present when I received the dress had become worse, leading the dress to tear
They wiped their hands clean of this blaming me that I had taken a week to contact them. It was Christmas and was on holidays
Have some regard and understanding, it doesn’t hurt
Will be taking this further to the ACCC for violating consumer law. Disgusting.
Following their reply, you can clearly see the blame shifting. The garment ripped as it was damaged to begin with.

I ordered a pair of pants that were styled with a vest, looking very business casual vibe. When they arrived I discovered they were totally sheer. Only appropriate to wear as beach pants. Nothing in the ‘product details’ said they were sheer. I felt really misled and reached out to customer service hoping they’d cover the shipping cost as I didn’t feel like I should be paying for shipping when I’d been misled into purchasing a product that arrived totally different (Also was happy for store credit). The customer service rep responded with a screen shot zoomed in of the bottom of the pant, which apparently from that I was supposed to understand the entire pants are sheer. I find it wild they were so happy to continue going back and forth with me over email about the issue rather than just covering the shipping. Ironically I know I would have spent more with the store credit as I had my eye on a few things.

DISSH is an absolutely wonderful store. Their products are high quality, beautiful and true to size. They ship their products really quickly and they arrive in perfect condition. Cannot recommend DISSH highly enough. This includes both in store and online!

I went in to exchange a top and ended up spending heaps more! The gorgeous sales assistant Abbey was honestly amazing and so helpful!
This was the first time that I had a such amazing experience in the Chadstone store thanks to Abbey!

Beware sale items, they’re on sale for a good reason. Ordered a couple things from the sale section and all of them were off in fit and unflattering. Because they’re final sale items, they will not except returns or store credit. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of dissh stuff I can’t wear. I will never purchase any of the dissh sale items ever again because of this. Please start offering store credit as an alternative. Besides that I have loved the other items I have purchased and customer service is very nice.

Wonderful customer service on their instant chat online. They resolved my issue within minutes. I also love the clothes I ordered and am so happy I have found a shop where their trousers and maxi skirts are long!!! I always struggle finding bottoms long enough for me.

I ordered a jacket online and a matching Jean set. I received the jacket online and they had left the security tag on the Jacket. Make matters worst I reached out informing them of the situation they took 5 days to get back to me and they pretty much told me to send it back and they can refund or return it for store credit. They asked me to go out of my way and mail this back to them? Pay money for the postage? And they didn’t even offer me a discount or a sincere apology for my time? Absolutely unbelievable. The quality of the clothes was good. It’s a great company as long as you don’t mind having to fix up the company’s mistakes!!!!

After not having one of the tops I bought included in a bag at a store (honest mistake by the store staff). I contacted the Dissh customer service to see if they could ship it to me as the store was quite far away. They were very helpful and I received it a couple of days later.
