customs duties

unfortunately there are high customs duties and the feedback from the customer service is only that it is shown when ordering, but I find the reference to it much too small and the feedback is also not helpful therefore my first and last order with the company!

I bought a 150€ White dress

I bought a 150€ White dress. I handwashed it according to cold water instructions on the dress and it is ruined. Oversized. I cant wear it. A dress which has been perfectly taken care of. I have wasted a lot of money. This is no quality for such a quantity. Overrated and disrespectful with customers. I want my money back but of course "it is my fault" and I wont get a refund.

Be aware of custom duties fees (up to 200$) and awful quality

I am so disappointed. I purchased items from outside Australia and was then charged 200 AUD in customs duty fees, which to me is an insane amount, especially compared to what I bought. I found myself trapped because if I refused to pay the fees, the order would have been shipped back, and I would have had to pay the cost for return shipping. Additionally, Dissh would have refused to issue a refund. Just as background, I buy from Australia to abroad all the time, and this has never happened with any other brand before. Of course, I exchanged emails with Dissh customer service, but they were absolutely no help. So I had to pay the fees; there was no other way around it. Then, when I finally received my order, I found that the clothes I had ordered and paid almost 200 AUD in fees for were of absolutely trash quality. I have purchased from Dissh before when living in Australia, but I don’t know what has happened to this brand. In my opinion, it now has worse quality and customer service than Shein. I will never buy from them again. If you live abroad or are thinking of purchasing from outside Australia, think twice, as customs fees will be applied, and you will have to pay them if you don’t want to lose your money. A reputable and respected brand would never allow a customer to have such a negative experience without taking action, especially when they are aware of the situation. This is a terrible way to treat your loyal customers, Dissh.

Be ready to pay more than 100 USD for custom duties

My recent experience with DISSH has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I placed an order with them and was shocked to discover that they failed to communicate the exorbitant customs duties I would incur upon delivery. I often purchase from other countries and this was the first time it happened to me. my order total was 250 USD and custume duties were 105 USD.

Furthermore, despite reaching out to their customer service team for clarification on the status of my order, I received always the same copy-pasted emails from them, not taking care of this issues. It is appalling that a company of their stature would neglect to provide even basic communication to their customers.

Overall, my experience with DISSH has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against doing business with them, as their disregard for customer satisfaction and transparency is utterly appalling. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

What wonderful customer service!!

What wonderful customer service!!! I had a package go missing at no fault of DISSH. Despite this, DISSH were so supportive and willing to help out with Auspost. I really appreciate all the time and effort from the team that went into ensuring I receive my parcel. Everyone I dealt with at DISSH was amazing!
I'm also very happy with my beautiful new linen dress!

I had an issue with a skort I purchased…

I had an issue with a skort I purchased a few months ago, after washing it, it shrunk. I emailed customer service and they responded to me within 24 hours as they said they would, my issue was resolved immediately with an offer of refund or gift card. Would highly recommend not only due to their super elegant and chic clothing but also customer service.

A big shout out to Maris and Dissh. I purchased their stunning Rhea blue cotton shirt in a size 10, not realizing how big the cut was only to return it for a smaller fit. I got on the website’s live chat and asked if they could honor the 10% off welcome code again that I had used for the size 10 order. Maris did not hesitate and was more than happy to go out of her way to assist me. I will definitely be buying more pieces from their stunning range!!!!
I’m thankful that they have a return/ refund policy because it’s tough buying on line especially when it’s a brand that you are not familiar with.

I reached out to their customer service team to advise them that after 5 wears, 3 different buttons have fallen off. I’ve sewn 2 of them back on and then after the 3rd, I was so frustrated I finally said something. The customer service team literally stated “I’m sorry you received a faulty item” and then offered no exchange, refund or return option. Taking a look at their responses to other disappointing reviews, it appears they do seem to place blame and not take accountability. It would be worthwhile for the customer service manager to take into account that replacing a faulty item costs far less than the amount of potential business they have lost from such poor responses. I won’t ever purchase from them again unfortunately.

The lovely helpful manner of the staff dealing with my return which wasn’t going well online. I made a phone call to sort it out and Kirsty was awesome. She sorted me quickly so I could get back into the PO in a few mins. Another glitch with credit refund meant another call but that was also sorted with a very helpful employee in a few mins. The best and most efficient and easy situation. Thank you girls you’re amazing at your job. And I love my dresses. X

Faulty dress - no hassle return and replacement

My dress has a fault, I sent in pics and video of it and very quickly the customer service team had arranged for a refund and free express post for me on my replacement purchase and return item. It was not a hassle for them at all. I was so happy with the service levels and outcome. I love my new dress and I’ll certainly be purchasing from Dissh again. Everyone was so professional and courteous. 5 star customer service (rare these days). Thank you 🙏🏽
