Mitte April bestellt immer noch keine Ware erhalten

Mitte April bestellt immer noch keine Ware bekommen.
Im Account keine Info dazu, keine aktive Information vom Shop warum und wie lange noch.

Drei Mal nachgefragt, drei mal vertröstet, letzter "vorhersagter" Termin auch schon wieder fast 2 Wochen her.

Im Shop wird das Produkt immer noch mit 5 Werktage Lieferzeit beworben.

Ich habe immer Verständnis für Lieferschwierigkeiten vom Hersteller etc. aber "falsche" Lieferbarkeitsversprechen, Geld kassieren und dann nichts mehr hören lassen finde ich nicht ok.
