I have experience purchasing fragrance dupes from various companies, but my experience with Divain was extremely disappointing. The quality of their fragrances is very poor and bears no resemblance to the original perfumes they claim to replicate.
I ordered divain.281, which is supposed to be a dupe of Acqua di Parma Oud. I compared it directly with my original bottle, and there is absolutely no similarity between them. The Divain version smells extremely cheap and synthetic - so much so that I cannot bring myself to wear it. The scent is harsh and unpleasant, nothing like the sophisticated fragrance it's meant to copy.
I understand that dupes won't be identical to luxury originals, but there should at least be some resemblance. In this case, there was none. The quality is so poor that these fragrances are unwearable. I would not recommend Divain to anyone looking for quality fragrance alternatives.

I recently purchased a perfume for €18 from this store, only to be refunded a baffling €8 after returning it. The breakdown? €4 shipping to me, €4 return shipping — both non-refundable. That’s €10 gone, just like that.

To make matters worse, less than two weeks later, I received a promotional email offering the same perfume for €12. No price adjustment, no goodwill gesture — just a cold “sorry, nothing we can do.”

As someone with over 100 perfumes in my collection, I can confidently say this was among the worst in terms of quality. The scent felt cheap, synthetic, and short-lived — not remotely worth the price.

Customer service? Unhelpful and dismissive. I raised my concerns multiple times and was met with generic apologies and zero resolution.

Bottom line: You pay €18, get €8 back, and end up with nothing but regret. I strongly advise others to avoid this store — poor product, worse policies, and no respect for loyal or discerning customers.

This is possibly the best aquatic mens fragrance, ever. I find the tips you gave me regarding the longevity very helpful. Many compliments on this one, from men and women alike . About an hour later, I spray again, and it lasts until late afternoon. The aquatic and citrus notes definitely characterize the basic nature of this one. 👍👍

I bought it the Divain 232. A masterpiece. Good job guys . Perfume is delicious. I wish it would last longer. After 4 hours, it feels very weak. But it's a delicious perfume. Very natural. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The perfume is fine. But not higher level. I hope the price and the perfume quality so far. Price will be some less amount. Please think this.

I placed my second order with Divain because I wanted to try some other perfumes. Unfortunately, something went wrong during shipping. either the package was damaged and two perfumes were lost, or someone tampered with it. These things happen, so I don’t blame the company.

I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews mentioning poor communication, but Divain handled the situation very well. They replied quickly and followed up with UPS, and within 1-2 weeks I received the two missing perfumes with any additional cost. Overall, they resolved the issue professionally and left a good impression.

Not only the perfume, but the whole reflection of your personality. This is what makes them different from others. Here I found what suits exactly me and no one else has. It doesn’t matter that I paid more, at last I won’t copy anyone and anyone won’t copy me. And actually the smell is preserved very well on both body and clothes. For real, their statemnt was delivered.

I bought the Divain 145 which is a dupe for the Just Cavalli for Her. OMG! I am beyond impressed with this website. I ordered the perfume, and already received it the next day!! Super duper quick shipping. Also, the smell is incredible and very close to the scent of the Just Cavalli for Her. I had lost hope of ever finding this perfume, but Divain 145 is it!! It lasts a long time too, I'm impressed! Highly recommend this website!!

I got my order wrong and just by talking to the chat 2 days after the order they gave me a link and i updated the products. Very efficient.

I bought what was supposed to be a copy of bvlgari eau de the blanc.What they sent smells 0 like it.It smells like an old man's aftershave from days gone by.....lots of days. Absolutely awful.

TERRIBLE now. It has changed so much ,i used to buy from Divain a lot and was always very pleased with the cost and the quality of the dupes,but since they have changed i placed an order for number 177 which i buy all the time and it was just awful and nothing like it was. i will not even bother asking for a refund i will put it down to bad experiance but i will never buy from them again.

Divain 515 & 624, copy of L'instant de Guerlain & Donna born in Roma. I was pleasantly surprised with both! They smell just like the original & last on me too. I will definitely buy these scents again.

Product didn't arrive and then they make you jump through hoops to get your refund, form filling and silly automated emails. Quite simple really when a product doesn't arrive offer to refund or replace. I felt like it was all my fault and all my problem. Never again.!

I bought from them before. Beautiful perfume, smelt lovely, exactly like the one I wanted that had been discontinued and the smell lasts! Delivery is slow! I then ordered again! 2 bottles this time! Slow delivery, delivery link wouldn’t work, I had to go on the website live chat. I’ve a week later it said “the parcel was released by uk customs” as it is sent from Spain! I thought maybe it’ll arrive in a few days! I checked again an update 4 days later “ the parcel has left the parcel centre” I checked the location! It was in Spain! I contacted and they had said it had arrived in the UK but had been returned and was back in Spain. The parcel never reached me and was sent back I don’t know where from. I was then told I would receive a refund only when they received the parcel back. I have no control over this I never received the parcel it made it to customs and sent straight back for a reason I have no idea. I don’t see why I should wait on a refund when I never received the parcel. This is no fault of mine and now I have to wait due to an issue from it leaving the company to the delivery company. It’s a shame because my first order I spoke highly of and recommended it to many people including strangers that would ask about the perfume. It has been such a let down this time. Delivery is awful and customer service is just terrible:l. Refund when they receive it? But no refund because I haven’t received it?

They refused to give me a refund on a perfume after sending it back through their courier. The item arrived to me opened and when I sent it back, they said I can’t return it because it is open. I do not recommend this company and I will not be buying again. Highly disappointed. Customer service response time was terrible also and I had issues trying to return.

I've placed 2 orders currently.
The first one was a small order to test the quality.
They are great. They smell like they're supposed to and they last for a long time hence the second larger order.
I live in the UK and had no problems with delivery. Sure it isn't next day but both deliveries met my expectations for overseas goods amd they were tracked.
Highly recommend.

Have been ordering from Divain Uk for years, bought 4 bottles of perfumes recently and due to be 1 day late on returns they refused an exchange as I didn’t like any of the perfumes. (I had only tried the testers none of the big bottles were opened). Very disappointed as previously they have always gone out of their way to help. Won’t be ordering from them again.
