My experience was amazing from the beginning! The order came to me so fast and the packaging was amazing to the details. Also the fact that you can try the perfume before is an excellent idea. I recommended this company to my friends and relatives and will be also ordering again myself!

It used to be simple to buy from UK but not it's complicated. No way to read what perfume its mimicking. No name whatsoever, probably for legal reasons and the website keeps on changing to Spanish version.

Perfumes itself are amazing , have around 30 different from them , the quality is good and the choice unbelivable oh yes and price good! But customer service and delivery wish to be better. I know delivery is not their fault completely , but it is , if you know that same delivery people constantly have an issues change the company , choice is soooo big ! And just like that -1 customer. I know maybe not a big deal for company but i reccomended over 10 friends to , now will inform them about my experience !

All of the scents are amazing, and you get a sample to try before opening the bottle.
All scents are long lasting too, which is really amazing.
And their customer service is great, even in the chat.

Tiny delay with the delivery but wow worth the wait! These perfumes smell incredible, I would not be able to tell the difference between these and the original scents. Absolute bargains too, thank you so much

I was a bit concerned about my order being delayed but I emailed divain and they promptly provided me with a tracking link. Their responses were super quick via email. 10/10 customer service, strongly recommend

There was a little delay in the arrival of my package but good God these perfumes smell amazing!! They are such a good dupe from the originals but for a very low price point. Will forever recommend them to everyone I know! I am obsessed, for real.

My order of 2 perfumes arrived quickly, well packaged and intact.
730 it smells very feminine, really nice and is long lasting.
906 smells spicy and more of an evening perfume for me again long lasting.
I am very impressed, really good value for money.

I am really sorry to write this but having ordered with Divain once and received the delivery which I loved, an order placed on June 4th has still not arrived and after various standard emails non of which solved the problem, I have had no choice but to institute a charge back. It’s a pity because the first fragrance was lovely but I am fed up with being fobbed off with excuses.

The company, website, and ordering was very good, and fairly simple. I've now ordered a dozen of their fragrances, taking advantage of their 50% off summer sale! However, they need to keep the original name of the scent on screen more so we don't have to search and re-search the scent numbers to see which Divain scent corresponds to what OG scent. I literally had to create a spreadsheet to figure out what goes with what. Also the shipping wasn't too bad, not super fast, but not agonizingly slow either (however, the delivery co took my package to the wrong building!). Their fragrances are wonderful, but inconsistent: some are nearly beast mode, in others the sillage and longevity are VERY light. Not sure how that works, but just something I've noticed. Overall, I'm SO THANKFUL that Divain exists to help with my fragrance addiction without breaking the bank!

Wow I'm amazed how quick Divain Spain is. I ordered first time in 2022 from Divain Finland and damn it took 9 days to procress the order and then almost 2 weeks to deliver. Item was ofc perfect, but I learned a lot.

I'm pleased with my new perfume and will order again once my an old perfume is empty.

The worst! I placed my order IMMEDIATELY when one of my favorites was back in stock. Waited a WEEK with no updates on shipment...I contacted customer service only to be told "we understand your frustrations; your order is being processed". I inquired two days later, still no update. After a few more days go by, I inquired AGAIN, now to be told the item was out of stock and my order will be cancelled. Poor business practices and will never EVER order again. Good luck for those that do...you get what you pay for! I'm waiting for a "confirmation" of my refund...we'll see?

My 1 star is for the broken promises that is their 'returns policy'. Divain state: ' ... we offer the TRY&BUY service, which gives you the opportunity to try your chosen 100 ml fragrance in a sample format to test the perfume' going on to say that if not happy, any sealed perfumes can be returned, at the buyer's cost, for a refund. This encouraged me to buy 5, rather than just 2, as I was prepared to pay for a return if I didn't like any. I decided to keep 3 so wanted to return 2 and made that request within the 14 day time frame. I received an auto acknowledgement then nothing for 1 month, then an email telling me my return request had been rejected with the reason stating (in Spanish): Cliente solicita la cancelación which simply means: Customer requests cancellation. That is a statement, not a reason to reject my request so whole return promise a nonsense. Had to keep all 5 so BEWARE

This is not a serious business!

Most importantly! You will not get a refund when you return products - you only get the trouble of returning them. A bot is answering your emails and pretending to forward them to a so called specialist. Over and over and all over again.

No one ever comes back to you as the machine promises.

The perfumes are not very similar to the originals and they are not even perfumes. The scent disappears in less than a wink.

Very good quality scents! Have purchased a few and never been disapointed, delivery is usually smooth, app 1 week to Finland
