I purchased three items from this company and two did not turn up. I am not being helped by Customer Service despite several emails back and forth. The quality of the item I did receive was poor as clearly was not manufactured to the standard in the photos.

If I could give 0 I would, but at least I have to give 1 star to do the review. I purchased two items from this site a few weeks ago. Neither one worked. The blouse (size L) fits my skinny 9 years old daughter, not me, and the necklace I purchased looks very cheap, nothing to do with the necklace shown on the picture (it's a necklace with stars both in the choker area as well as the hanging part). The hanging part, shows 13 stars hanging and the one I received has only 9 (which makes a huge difference in the way it looks) and on top of it, it's flipped, (the cheap stones are facing inwards!). When I contacted the customer service, although their website states they offer refunds, they answered saying they are glad to inform me they can offer me a store credit. What would I do with a store credit, buying more crap that doesn't even fit? keep in mind these are asian sizes not EU or American standard sizes. Stay away from this site. They use a Spanish name to lure people think it's a Spanish boutique based in Tenerife, but it's cheap chinese merchandise and shipped from china (it takes forever to arrive).

Order OK but wanted to return, no answer, no adress to return, their system does not work !
I wont advice to friends a pitty because nice things altough!

If I could give a ZERO I would........ they are the WORST COMPANY I have EVER dealt with. I ordered 2 dresses on the 17th of November and 6 weeks later STILL nothing. they have taken the money and every time I try cancel and get a refund I get the same automatic response. Its a absolute disgrace.

My wife ordered a dress from this appalling company.
What turned up isn’t what’s advertised, it’s a scam!
They ask you to return it to China, from the U.K. obviously this will cost a fortune, consequently a large percentage of customers won’t send the crap back, so no refund.
The dress can’t even be used for rag, it’s such bad synthetic material it’s utter rubbish.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The product resembles nothing like what was advertised on their website. Extremely cheap, not at all wearable dress is what I received. It is clear from these reviews that this company is a scam. I was actually recommended the website by Facebook and when I looked the reviews on the company’s website, all the comments were
positive, which means the company is faking their comments. The product took very long to receive and I was not aware the company was overseas.

Do not use this website. Does not even deserve one star.
The merchandise you see looks lovely however it is clear that the pictures are not actually what arrives. My daughter found the dress and I bought one for her and one for her sister. After a month only one has arrived. What a disappointment! The picture shows a lace dress with beige lining, fitted and shapely. What arrived was less than a nightdress. The lining was made of cheap thin nylon meaning that the dress was unwearable as completely see through. There was no shape to the garment. It is simply a tube of cheap fabric. Trying to return the item is not easy. So far I have sent them a message to which they have sent me a copy of the returns policy and a returns form in which I have had to upload a picture of the garment. I cannot see what has uploaded nor remove it and I am now suspicious of the reason for it. I now have to wait on their decision as to whether I will get a refund. Consumer rights is something this company has no idea about!!

False advertising and refund policy is terrible. Clothes looks nothing like what’s pictured. Cheap poor quality!

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS
I bought a dress, what they sent was an abysmal knock off copy of it! Horrendous is putting it mildly!

After many email requests to the company to return the item (they have NO return address or phone number) they failed to accept the return - so I went to PayPal - they provided PayPal with A FALSE ADDRESS to send it to - and because the dress was sent to a false address in Spain paypal won't give me my money back.
So stay well away from these con artists. They just rip you off!

Update 27th january:
The shoddy dress that I returned to the fake address that Diva Noche supplied to PayPal via registered post has arrived back to me.
I contacted my solicitor. Provided my solicitor with all the emails, order details, paypal correspondance etc etc - Diva Noche have now refunded my money.
It's a sad state of affairs when you have to go to a solicitor to get a refund.

Sharing an honest review is worth your time. A very sad and disappointing situation was significantly improved after being open about my experience. I still do not trust the quality of the clothes and the return policy involving postage to China was disheartening to say the least. However, I was fully refunded for the clothes I returned instead of receiving a store credit. Also, I spent $194.65 in postage fees to return 2 packages of clothes which in turn I was given a credit of $200 for any merchandise online. I shopped differently, more wisely and am realistic about what I'll receive from this company. I'm sorry that I had such a poor experience with the clothes, but in the end, the management really stepped up to improve my personal situation. Online shoppers, it's our responsibility to be aware of reviews and also truly understand the return policies of different companies. Anyway happy shopping and I really feel my concerns were addressed effectively in the end. Thank you to whomever in management took care of my case.

Absolutely terrible. I believe they are a scam. There is such a thing as too good to be true, and the price is reflective of this (cheap for a reason, don't believe it). Over 6 weeks and no sign of any order. Customer service over email is not helpful. I demanded a refund and escalation to customer service management and no response was provided. Don't shop online with them!

Never received my package, customer CARE is a joke! Fine print says 30+ days to ship. I ordered the beginning of October!!!! Absolute scam! I hope you sleep well at night knowing that you stole my hard earned money. Take my advice and DO NOT order from this company. Thanks Diva Noche for showing how much your customers really mean to you.

THEY NEED TO BE BANNED FROM THE MARKET!
Do never buy nothing from Diva Noche website as they never deliver your purchase. I have never received my item and is impossible to speak to the customer service or track for the deliver. They will just still your money!

Wish I could also give this company no stars. My order from October was never sent, no tracking information associated with my package and it appears it never sent.

This company is a total scam. They are thieves.

I have emailed customer service so many times and had no response. I have contacted via instagram. They ignored my private message and then deleted my comments on their posts and have now blocked me.

I have also tried contacting via facebook and they have ignored me.

I will be warning everyone I know not to buy from this company.

Worst quality I ever saw..... not to wear .... it is transparent, very cheap material, I am very disappointed!!!
When I tried to fill in the order ID in the return form, my order is not found......????? Not possible to return???

This company shouldn't even exist. This company is a total scam. Do NOT purchase anything from this site. Received what I thought to be a beautiful white jumpsuit. In actuality, it was the most hideous, cheap material, and poor quality made item. Tried to log on to the site to read more about their return policy, but conveniently, even though my info was given to purchase the items, my e-mail does not exist. THIS IS CRAP!!!

Have not received my items - ordered 23rd October. Keep being fobbed off saying they are on their way. I know they are not as I can see from the tracking they have been delivered to the wrong country as I have told them on several occassions but they do not seem to take this into account.

The Company operates using 3rd party sellers so they do not have total control. They are poor at coming back to you with any problem too as I said just keep saying they will arrive.

Do not use - useless delivery and poor customer service.

Have not received my order and no replies to emails or Facebook messenger. I finally got a response when I posted a negative comment on Facebook discouraging people from buying from here. Like other reviews they said we have quality products but at no time did they address my problem. Do not buy from here. There is no service.

Shame on Diva Noche for not honoring returns or exchanges. Product quality is poor, basically cheaply made with mismatched seams. Very costly for what you get... swap meet quality items. They do not care if you have a good shopping experience with them or not, and obviously they don't plan on repeat customers! Shipping almost took two months and haggling over returning an item is a joke. WARNING...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!
