Bought my trainers, trainers fine, but company don't make it clear you have to pay a further charge for import and export charge. Communication seems to stop when you ask them about it too. You can add another £50 to your actual price, which makes them very expencive for what you get

We ship our trainers from Portugal and, since Brexit, and for orders above £135, duties are required.
However, the sneakers you ordered were below this limit, so you should not have paid any duties.
We have have exchanged emails with you about that, as well as letting you know that we have submitted a case that is still being analysed by FedEx.

Received my order within a week
Received my order within a week, everything went smooth. Unfortunately the size fits a bit small (38 feels more like 371/2) but I do like the quality and the design very much. Ordered a pair of the B-choice models, so that’s maybe why I received them quite quick compared to others; these were already made.

The shoes are great
The shoes are great. Really comfy, and the material is high quality. Slightly negative, the shoes arrived quite late due to confusion in the order (I got the wrong shoes), but Diverge was really good at finding a solution.

The truth is that our workshop closed during the Christmas and New Year period and only resumed activities this past Monday (6th of January). So we did not have the ability to check your sneakers and process the return.

At first i was a bit skeptical about…
At first i was a bit skeptical about customising my own sneakers, and i didn’t know if I could trust the 3D model that was shown. But because i knew they had free returns and exchanges i gave it a shot. In the end i am extremely happy with my choice, and the 3D model they have is scarily accurate with the real sneaker. Overall very happy with the sneakers and experience.

1 year ago I bought for my bf a pair of their sneakers and they are so stylish and cool; he had a little issue and the customer service has been so so so amazing they fixed it and now he has an amazing second pair that is even more comfortable and unique. I can t wait to have a pair for myself (i have wide feet sadly) because I envy a lot him using his diverge sneakers!
