The best choice ever!
The pair I’ve received at first was a bit tight so I had to exchange them. The customer service was super helpful and I had my new pair in no time! Great quality and they look special:) I love them so much!

happy with my customised sneakers
I'm very happy with my customised purchase - there are plenty of colours and a few finishes/materials to choose from, and the website makes it very easy to customise the sneakers. The order took about a month to be delivered and the sneakers I received are very well made, good quality materials and very comfortable. I contacted the customer service before placing the order as i wasn't sure about the size, they were very helpful and advised correctly.

Wrong size? No problem.
Being purely online it’s hard to ensure you get your size exactly right. I was sceptical that if the shoes were the wrong size how easy it would be to change them given they are completely bespoke. I needn’t have been concerned. Once I tried them and they were clearly not the right size for me, I contacted The team at Diverge and they immediately ordered a new pair in the next size up. Excellent customer services and excellent communication at every point. I love my new sneakers. The quality is incredible and I’ve already had loads of great comments.

We stand for the quality of our sneakers and the customer service we provide. DiVERGE offers free exchanges and refunds and we reaffirm that we have no outstanding refunds to be awarded.
Process wise, we can only start to process refunds once we have received the sneakers back in our workshop and verify their condition. However, the time it takes for the refund to be processed back to a client's account depends on the banking system that the client used.
We guarantee that you will be fully refunded but we kindly request that you contact us at support@diverge-sneakers.com with your order number so we can better understand the situation and find the best solution.
Edit1: we have still not received an email at support@diverge-sneakers.com with your order details so we can provide a personalised service and find a solution for your refund. Without that information, it is impossible for us to help. We kindly request you do so and assure you will get your refund as requested.
Edit2: we kindly ask you to send an email so we can address the situation. Without further details, we cannot help you further. We cannot answer for the time the banking systems take. We can assure you that all the clients that ask for a return (thankfully, very few of them have so far) receive their refund accordingly.

Amazing product & great customer service
I ordered some sneakers last week and absolutely loved them! They’re extremely comfy to walk in. Delivery was also superb and I had a great experience with customer service. Will definitely be buy from this company again.
