I am a long standing customer at this specialist cookware store which I choose over others because the products are built to last, make kitchen tasks easy & are a pleasure to own.
I needed a pair of fishbone tweezers so I immediately went onto the Divertimenti website (I am unable to visit this delightful store for some time) because I knew I would have access to a range of premium quality products from which to make my selection thereby saving time/effort searching other websites & wasting money on inferior products.
The smart looking store set over two floors is spacious, clean & nicely organised.
I find all those working here warm hearted, gracious & welcoming, they have never failed in showing kindness. Jason, the manager, is a true gentleman.
I recommend a visit to experience for yourself its excellence.

Jane Lovett was a most engaging lady and good communicator. Her recipes were delicious and looked possible to recreate ourselves.

A knife was missing. Divertimenti were very prompt in dealing with this! But it wasn’t ideal in what is otherwise a wonderful service.

I wanted to but another Cristel saucepan. The order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I love this make of saucepans and am delighted to be able to buy one online. None of my local shopping stock this make. They are worth every penny. Thank you.

Crowded room, some people stuffed at back and couldnt see cooking demonstration.
Not a lot of food to taste, two glasses of wine. For £75 you would expect better - plus you’re not actually cooking - you are watching someone cook. Overall not engaging or fun.

Very enjoyable cooking demonstration by Jane Lovett, with delicious and relatively easy dishes. Particularly appreciated being shown how to cook a bavette steak properly, but there were all sorts of useful tips.

Had a lovely morning at the cookery school watching Jane Lovett do her magic. Jules and her assistants were very friendly and professional. Have recommended it and I look forward to coming back.

I've ordered from Divertimenti before. It's helpful because we don't live near the store. On this occasion I chose some quite costly Amalfi ceramics. The order arrived promptly. The packaging was super and could be recycled. All the items arrived in excellent condition. The china is beautiful. The cheese leaves make all platters look good. The napkins are as near linen as possible- and won't need ironing! All very good. All items just as website showed. Thank you.

It’s been two weeks since it arrived in The Netherlands still haven’t received the package. I ordered this package 3 1/2 weeks ago.

Divertimenti had all the cutlery we needed to make up our cutlery set originally purchased in John Lewis! We had searched John Lewis and the internet for quite a while, but could not the items we needed.

The items were ordered on line and arrived the same week and were well packed individually and boxed together.
