They appear to have abandoned the website. No updates since 2024-03-16. Have reached out to them multiple times with no response at all whatsoever.
Do not give them your money.
Love the designs, really a big inspiration if you use the Divi theme. All design library is of high standard.
Bought what was described as lifetime access to their platform, used them for a few years and then one day all the templates are blank, they make you buy the lifetime again, avoid.
I have contacted support only to be ignored, assuming this is how they make it as far as they do, careful does it.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to get in contact with Divi Express' customer support. I've waited for ten days at this point. I've tried to contact support through the support form on their website and by e-mail. I don't even get a confirmation e-mail to let me know that they've recieved my message.
The Divi templates appear visually appealing, but once you attempt to adjust or scale them, it becomes evident that they were constructed in a basic manner. This results in having a lot of work customizing the templates and using them.
