We had a kitchen fire. The entire kitchen had to be gutted and the livingroom, dining room and bedroom had smoke damage. Well, Divvy rehabbed everything! They had the kitchen sheet rocked and painted, brand new countertops,cabinets, and sink installed. They painted the rooms that had been smoke damaged. We also have 2 gapping holes behind our air handler that the plumbers had done in order to fix the guest bathtub. The holes have been patched, and painted! They even compensated us for the inconvenience while the repairs took place. They did an Outstanding job!

Overall my experiences with Divvy have been exceptional with the exception of an issue that just arise. It appears that someone I was dealing with 10 months ago has made a false accusation against me to Divvy. I was not contacted by Divvy regarding the matter, but instead received an email from their attorney's office to leave my property, which I thought was strange. I'm a truck driver I don't get an opportunity as much to check emails especially when I'm driving 11 hours days, for weeks out of time. I've left several messages to Divvy about the matter but to no avail no one is calling me back. I absolutely love my home and DO NOT want to leave. But this matter needs to be addressed. How is it that someone can falsely accuse me of something, and I was not given an opportunity to defend myself is hurtful?

Overall I had a good experience with Divvy so far. Communication sometimes lacked and they could be slow to respond, but they always did get back to me. Just would have been nice to be able to call someone instead of text or email. Definitely will (and already have) recommend Divvy for folks like me who need time to work on credit to get a better rate/down payment for a mortgage. Thank you Divvy for helping me into my first home. Look forward to the day I can buy it from Divvy!
