Bobby's unreliable & cheats you. He came out, the work was discussed at length, he fiddled with a fixture, & said he'd return in 2 weeks. He returns no phone calls. When you call, his mother is clueless & dim, & said he works for the wealthy. There is no accountability & it is useless to even call. Then he sends me a bill - this cost me $200 for zero effort, a ton of frustration from no returned phone calls nor work done despite paying him, & was highway robbery.

Highly recommended. Numerous jobs done by these guys. Great initial experience with jay, very professional, thorough and fairly quoted considering the finish has always been above and beyond.Which is why i repeatedly use their services where I can, if they’re not already fully booked. Brilliant team, outstanding work, good prices. A++++++

Bathroom renovation. Excellent bathroom fitter. Friendly tidy and helpful. Attention to detail is 100%. The team helping were a lovely bunch of lads. A very busy company.

Punctual, polite, efficient, good value and great communication before and after, special thanks to Billy, Aiden and Ryan. We recently moved house and have a number of issues to sort out, plumbing, heating and electrical. I've been so pleased with the quality of the service from Dixons they will be my goto plumbers and electrical engineers.

Dixon's have just completed the second refurbishment project for me which included new designer radiators, electrical alterations,decorating and flooring. I had the work done as a result of being so pleased with the first job they did for me last year. Once again they were easy to deal with and the quality of the work carried out was excellent.Work was carried out on time and with minimum disruption.Communication was excellent throughout.

Efficient, clean job moving and replacing our gas boiler. We had a slight issue after the work, something had been missed. But once I contacted them, they returned and completed the work no problem. I think that's the sign of a good company, how they deal with customer issues. Would definitely recommend them and if needed, will use them again.

On time, friendly, professional, gave some great advice on other things I needed done.

Communication before the plumber arrived was good. The job turned out to be trickier than expected, but the plumber coped very well and completed it in good time and to a high standard.

Quick fix after call, although can communicate better through emails or with my parents in the house.

Boiler service went smoothly. The servicing technician was friendly and helpful.

Very prompt response within one week of initial visit. Marcus was really helpful. Thorough investigation and then took time to explain to me the issues and how he could/ had resolve them. Excellent service.

Really good service from estimate to finishing the job everyone connected to it was respectful of the property and my circumstances they cleaned up as they went along left everything as it was when they arrived they did the job in the time they said and a really good job as well very professional highly recommend
