Very low quality shirts

Very low quality shirts. Sleeve stitching came apart after about 3 washes. I don't think I've had anything fall apart this quick, ever, not even $10 Kmart shirts, but the stitching is weak all over the flannel so it's definitely not a one off bad seam.

Long time supporter belittled Via email…

Been a long time fan and have spent thousands of dollars. I literally have a walk in closet full of Dixxon products. An underwear drawer full of board shorts boxers and socks. I had the company send me the wrong jacket last year but returning it was too much of a hassle, was a bit TO’d but didn’t want to deal with the PO and jump through all the hoops even though Dixxon admitted to it being their mistake. Fast for 30 orders later. I received my second order of the week (first was fine) ordered myself a large Baltic and my mom a XL woman’s Baltic. I received the men’s large and a woman’s small. When I email Dixxon I received a belittling response, it was obviously my fault and I should reconsider that my statement that this is not the company I have supported over the years since in fact it was my fault. They even highlighted the fonts to express I’m obviously a moron. I’ll still wear my Dixxons but I will never support this company again unless they start actually having some sort of basic customer service.

Great customer service

Customer service is always great and the staff are very helpful.Helped me with a return and find a different shirt to wear.

Simply amazing

Absolutely impressed! The website is well set up and easy to use, and my order arrived quickly. The shirts are amazing — the colours are even better in person and the quality is top-notch. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended!
