After many years of purchasing tee shirts (and flannels), with exceptionally high quality, I won’t be buying another tee from dixxon again. The quality has dropped, very thin compared to years of purchasing their other tees. Need to lift your game Dixxon

Overpriced/poor quality

All their customer ratings are censored. Too much money for polyester shirts. One snag and ruined shirt. Same goes for bamboo blend. Colors are cool, but rarely match up to their color inhanced photos. 6/8/24.

My partner and I have been devoted…

My partner and I have been devoted Dixxon customers for years, spending thousands on the brand despite overlooking numerous problematic situations that should have been red flags. We genuinely loved the original quality and designs, but it's become clear that our loyalty has been taken for granted.

Today's Friday the 13th drop was the final straw. Released at 9 AM Pacific (noon Eastern), the desirable bright green colorway sold out within minutes while working people couldn't participate. This isn't new - we've dealt with this unfair drop system for years, always hoping it would improve. Meanwhile, basic colors remain available hours later, proving the artificial scarcity is intentional.
But the drop issues are just the tip of the iceberg. Over the years, we've watched quality steadily decline while prices continuously increase. We recently had snaps fall off a $100+ coat after minimal wear - when we reached out for help, customer service was completely unhelpful. Apparently, their return policy is so restrictive that loyal customers who experience quality issues are just out of luck.
We've overlooked so many problems over the years: declining fabric quality, construction issues, price hikes that don't match the product value, and a customer service team that seems to vanish when you need actual support. We kept buying because we believed in the brand and hoped things would improve.

The current system pushes genuine customers to secondary markets where our $35 shirts sell for $125+. Working people can't compete with resellers using bots and multiple accounts during work-hour releases. The 4-item limit is meaningless when the real problem isn't addressed.

We wanted to keep supporting this brand, but between the declining quality, increasing prices, terrible customer service, and unfair purchasing system, it's impossible to justify continued loyalty. Long-time customers deserve better than being treated as an afterthought while the company chases quick profits.

The original vision was great - it's unfortunate to see how far things have fallen.
