I was unaware of my subscription and requested a refund. DJ studio refunded me promptly and for that I give 5 stars. Customer service is quick and hassle free!

Beside the fact that DJ Studio is a wonderful and well designed software package which litterally saves you a severe lot of time making any megamix, mashup or remix comparing this with well reputable DAW's which are basically designed for music producers.

Now as a DJ you can focus more on your creativity!!

The DJ Studio team is very transparent in their business and tons of examples/instructions and even direct help from the team or even community is available.

So far so good I am still learning the software but am very happy. The support and instruction that is provided is very helpful. So as of right now I have had an all around great experience and would definitely recommend it to others. If anything changes I will update my review!

I really want to give this 5 stars because the application itself is really easy to use and intuitive but I don't know if it's because I downloaded the software from a windows laptop (Lenovo) instead of a Mac, but the compatibility and computing power really matters. When I make edits, especially with Stems (a feature that is totally worth it to upgrade btw), the software often takes >5 seconds to load and has even froze on me.

Again would loooove to give this 5 stars because it's so easy to use and the tools and tutorials provided make it simple to understand but wish it was more compatible with windows, too.

The user experience is fantastic. It's easy to use and the integration with rekordbox is great! Makes preparing for sets a lot easier.

The software is really great.. but it’s quite buggy which makes me question its professional value.

For example I had an issue where it would inexplicably fail to load certain songs I downloaded locally from Beatport, even after I re-encoded them on Beatport.

I was able to find a workaround by importing them directly within the software using the Beatport streaming integration; however when I exported my draft mix it made me ‘legalize’ the songs with local copies and subsequently the waveforms became corrupted within my mix making it impossible to tweak those transitions.

I also experienced the tempo lane getting out of sync on the project causing me to have to redo those transitions after significant work.

Great product and customer service are amazing

Great app for someone new in this “industry”. Very easy to use and understand. Although it’s a bit pricy imo, considering the fact that you can use it for free it’s worth the money. Support is very helpful and fast. 10/10

i bought the ultimate version for +200$, it's a LIFETIME / PERPETUAL LICENSE as you name it

so how is it possible if we dont pay the annual update for one year, we have to buy a NEW LICENSE !!!!!!!

Update after your feedback: 49€ for a license reneawal.... But if i mmwe dont make it during the first year, then we have to pay a new full license, and thats not fair

Their customer support was excellent in responding to my inquiries. Very helpful and knowledgeable. So far the software is incredible. Highly recommend!

Works really well im enjoying playing around with mashups and stems.

I purchased the software about two years ago. At the time of purchase, the license was “LIFETIME.” I don’t speak English very well, but as far as I understand, “lifetime” should mean forever. Today I opened the software and a pop-up message notified me that I have to pay 49 euros for a year of updates. Well, I think the company has changed its payment policy, but from my point of view, that’s not fair. You can’t write “LIFETIME” if it’s not true. The pop-up says I can continue using the current version of the software without updates: thank you very much! One more thing: the software has many strange usability issues that I can’t figure out how to fix
