I honestly don't understand why anyone…
I honestly don't understand why anyone would use this software. Unfortunately, it was completely useless for my purpose.
I wanted to create a DJ set for a radio station, using around 20 tracks. DJ.Studio failed to produce a single transition that was even remotely acceptable. Every transition required significant manual correction, making the software more of a hindrance than a help.
My advice: Open Rekordbox, spend an hour mixing the tracks yourself, and you'll end up with a much better DJ set than anything this software can generate.
Save your money and look for a different solution.

We are sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with DJ.Studio. It sounds like you had a different expectation of how you can use DJ.Studio. DJ.Studio can help you to order your playlist, but it is up to you to choose the best mix in points and choose the EQ automations or configure stem separation. DJ.Studio is a DAW for DJs, it doesn't do it for you.
Did you know that we have a 14-day money back guarantee policy? if you are not happy with DJ.Studio you can ask for a refund at support@dj.studio

Hi, We can help you with that at our support desk. Can send us an email at support@dj.studio or via the speech bubble in the bottom right corner of the app and ask to chat to a human agent? That way our support team can help you getting stem separation installed correctly.

Amazing tool
Amazing tool! I used mixmeister a lot, but this progam is even better than that! I use it now mainly for my monthly radioshow.

Great that you made the switch from MixMeister to DJ.Studio. Too bad that MixMeister is not developed anymore. It gave us the spark to build DJ.Studio.
Have fun creating your monthly radio shows!
great product
great product - but too pricey to get 24bit exports, that was a deal breaker for me.

SPOTIFY does NOT work for Mashups
I was under the impression that an active spotify account would allow for importing songs from that library to make mashups.

Reply from DJ.Studio
We are sorry that you thought that you could make mashups with spotify tracks,. Spotify doesn't allow that and we don't mention on our site that you can mix with Spotify tracks.
The music industry requires you to buy tracks before you are allowed to make mashups.
If you want a refund you can send us an email at support@dj.studio
Favourite Software Program that I own.
An absolutely fantastic program giving music lovers an easy and accessible means of building personalised mixes and mashups. I would go as far as saying that DJ.Studio has improved my life.
Bugs and gremlins do creep in from time to time with successive updates but the response from DJ.Studio support has always been thorough and accountable.

Not as good as their ads made me believe
Expensive and I expected (as shown in all their ads) to be able to just drag in eg. 10 tracks, harmonize and have a full set ready.
When done, and press play, each single transition sounds horrible, not even near the level of a beginner dj.
I'm very disappointed, and I guess it is safe to assume that a drag and drop - instant remix (of at least 80% quality) is still impossible with any software, including DJ.Studio.
The app also isn't a dedicated app, just a wrapper browser, so what is the point?

I am sorry that you are dissappointed in the results that DJ.Studio's harmonize feature gave you.
We don't claim that DJ.Studio creates all of your transitions for you and that it will sound perfect out of the box. The harmonize feature orders your playlist harmonically, but you need to fine tune your transitions yourself. DJ.Studio is a tool that DJs can use, it is not taking all of the hard work out of your hands.
You are absolutely right that software is not able to instantly make DJ mixes without any human interference. We don't claim that at all.
I am sorry that you expected something different.
Did you know that we have a 14 day money back guarantee? Just send us an email at support@dj.studio and we will help you with that.

Only prescribed email adresses allowed
I paid for an "ULTIMATE" but then was rejected to establish an account with my business mail address in use for nearly 20 years, "because" the address has no connection to G**gle, Ap*le, Macros*ft, F*cebook etc. - A "very singular" experience.

Hi,
I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our service.
To register an account, you must go through a third-party service. We chose this option as it's the safest and most cyber-secure choice for a company like ours.
We don't have any passwords stored, so getting a data leak is impossible.
The third party doesn't get any information from you or DJ.Studio. These 3rd parties have some of the most secure digital services and will keep your information safe.
We have a small team and we want to have our developers building DJ related features, instead of working on a safe way how to protect your passwords. I hope you can understand that decision.
Your refund has been processed like you requested.
After selling my decks
After selling my decks , years ago , I had copied all of my vinyl onto my computer, plus all of my downloads I had obtained over many years , as I never had lost my taste in electronic music ( just over 7000 tracks) I found this piece of software on FB ,, and although I've only had DJ.Studio a week ,, I'm very impressed with this , in fact , it's given me a new lease of life , you could say a " hell of a learning curve ( I'm 68 ) " although I'd cut my teeth on decks, it is amazing what this software does , gonna take me a little bit longer than the decks ,but I have the YouTube tutorials to help,, so here goes 😀
