Very impressed
Very impressed! For under 300£ you can get the camera and I got the chest strap too. It’s very worth it, I’ve gone surfing with it 6x so far and the recording is top quality.
It was slightly cumbersome to download the footage the first time as the connection kept interrupting but it worked perfectly afterwards. Not sure why it was difficult in the beginning but all solved now.
Sound is not the greatest but it’s an action camera so I don’t care, the point is that the audio is a bit off, you’re in the middle of the ocean. So for me no issues. (You can also add external mics)
Highly recommend it.

Not reliable
Decided on this company solely as they offered next day delivery as i was leaving the country, they delivered 2 days late and part of the order arrived over a week late after I specifically mention I was not there to take delivery because I am out of the country. They are closed over a weekend so could not get hold of them to resolve delivery issues before the Monday morning which I left early morning.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Customer support is extremely slow and takes a long time to respond. My order has been delayed for several days without any clear explanation, and communication has been poor. I expected much better service, especially after paying for delivery. I would not recommend this experience to others unless the customer support and delivery process improve.
