Very fast delivery directly to the door, well packaged and good product.

Bought a headphones case, they did not send it until a month later when I was on vacation. Then they wanted to charge me 50% of the item price because it was returned by DHL (You have one week to pick it up otherwise this company called Djservice will steal the item you paid for.) I have never seen anything like this. Literal criminals.

Bought two products from them (a guitar in 2023 and a mixer in 2024), satisfied with their customer service so far.

Purchased an audio interface from them. It worked for 2-3 hours and suddenly died. I returned it the next day and they told me they will contact me. They never did. I am asking for a refund and they tell me i should wait 4 weeks for the item to get repaired. So in other words i shopped something that didnt work and instead of them replacing it or refunding me they tell me i should wait 4 weeks for a repair. I gave my money to shop something new and not only i dont have it but it will a be like shopping a refurbished.

UPDATE: After 3 weeks of waiting they accepted to either refund or give me a new audio interface. Solution was good after all but the waiting timing was long. So I change the review to 3 stars.

Bought an item that didn't work out for me. Had to contact customer service twice just to find out how to do a return. Returns are not free, you will pay for shipping the item back to them AND you will pay for the cost of delivery to you no matter what.

Given that there are other online stores that offer the same products but offer free returns and full refunds, there's really no reason to order anything from here.

Excellent prices, swift delivery. Can't ask for more! (oh, and free candy :) )

So called "DJservice" provides minimal product information and limited service which have caused multiple delay or frustration in sales from my personal experiences and online reviews. It it recommanded to not purchase in online website shop as it is poorly designed and constantly provide FALSE information for products. If you insist to perform online shopping, please be ware of the risk or contact their custom support at first!
