Excellent, very punctual with the delivery, and the person who handed me the instrument was very friendly and kind.

I bought a guitar for my sambo, and Henke helped me select one that was a good fit for his needs and in my budget (and would arrive by Christmas!). The guitar is absolutely gorgeous and has a beautiful, rich tone. This will definitely be my go-to place for our musical needs in the future!

I’ve bought 3 guitars and an amp in this store. Every time it happened because of the great vibes and fantastic people who work here — always completely by accident, just walking in and leaving with something new.

It’s an absolutely fantastic place with friendly, helpful staff… except for one particular person (let’s call him “the guy with a beard”).

For the third time in a row, I came here with my family, smiling, excited, and ready for a spontaneous purchase — and for the third time in a row, I experienced nothing but ignorance and rudeness from this employee.

When I said hello with a smile, he ignored me. When I asked, “What used equipment do you have in the store?” he stared at me silently for about five seconds, as if I’d asked something stupid, then frowned and asked what I meant. I explained that I was looking to buy a used guitar if they had something interesting. Without a word, he silently opened a website and turned the screen toward me.

I honestly don’t understand why someone with that kind of attitude would work in sales, let alone in such a friendly, customer-oriented sphere. It completely kills the vibe created by the rest of the amazing team, and it’s the third time in a row it has ruined my mood.

Unfortunately, I can’t come back to the store I once loved — all because of one rude employee.
