TOO MUCH PLASTIC AND PAPER. I DO NOT THINK THAT HANGERS FOR UNDERWEAR ARE NECESSARY AND THE DELIVERY BOX DOES NOT NEED TO BE THAT BIG... MAY BE IT WOULD BE BETTER TO USE A SHIPPING BAG.

Never ever use this onlineshopping unless you want to spend hours on the phone and want to wait one month to get your money back if your delivery does NOT arrive. Everybody says they are sorry, but I was the one that was sorry. The main problem is the Danish mail service that this shop uses, and PostDanmark do NOT give a damn if your delivery is gone

As you stated in your feedback, the main issue arises with the PostDK delivery. Our partnership with PostDk implies some procedures to be completed, nevertheless those procedures always aim the best solution for our customers. We would be more than happy to help you, but we need your cooperation to fill in the forms required for the postal investigation and the preliminary refund. We have sent you the documents per email.
