From start to finish I can't thank D.L.G AUTO services enough, from picking my car up that had been in a wreck to keeping me informed throughout the process to bringing my car back like brand new, they even put a tenners worth of petrol in as it was low, many thanks to you all at DLG.

All staff, particularly Jo and Liam, went over and above to resolve the situation.

On time, kept me informed and did an excellent job.

Superb service from start to finish. Kept informed of progress at all times. Both drivers who picked up and dropped off car were on time and friendly. Can’t believe how quickly the repair was done. Great to receive such good customer service for a change. Well done!

Good Help and support with nice work

Awful service from Churchill and DLG Auto Services.

My car was collected on 18 May, and I was later informed that it was a write-off. I told Churchill that I wanted to retain the vehicle and pay to keep it so I could repair it myself.

On 22 May, DLG Auto Services returned the car. However, when it arrived, I discovered that the passenger-side rear light had been smashed and there was a scratch on the passenger door—damage that was not there before the vehicle was collected.

I contacted DLG Auto Services, but they dismissed my concerns, stating that because the claim had been settled, they did not want to deal with the issue. Churchill also refused to accept responsibility or provide any meaningful assistance.

I agreed to keep the vehicle because it only required repairs to the bumper area. Instead, I was left with additional damage that has cost me a further £316 to repair.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude throughout this process were extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using Churchill or DLG Auto Services.

Amazing company!

After someone backing up into my car while stationary 'it happens!'
Within no time is was dealt with via my insurance & repaired pefectly!

I even got left a lovely note as they repaired another scratched area from who knows what other vehicle i.e some people can't drive in car parks! 🤦🏼‍♀️

They made it look new again & i will certainly be using them for anything else! 🥳 'hopefully not car park incidents' 🙄😬

Excellent service from start to finish, my car was collected and delivered back to me, very friendly helpful and polite staff kept me informed every step of the way, and the work was finished earlier than expected

Use at your peril.
Owned by Direct Line - so my car was automatically sent there. After someone drove into the back of me at low speed there was minor damage to my bumper. When my car came back the vinyl bumper looked like it was from a 10 year car with UV damage and it did not match any of the other vinyl trim. The wheel arch trim had also not been clipped on properly.
The took at back for "another go" and this time it came back with a new bumper. The wheel arch trims were all out of line and one had now been scratched, the parking sensors were stuck on with tape and so fell out. The respray had been badly taped off and there was a lump in the paint in one place - and this was after it had supposedly been signed off as "spot on" by the workshop manager. Let's just say I never gave them a third go and I went elsewhere.

First class efficiency & repair including collection & return to my home. Regular updates throughout. Car fully valeted on return. Most professional service I've experienced in many years. Thank you.
