Beautiful jewellery as promised, quick delivery and excellent customer service! So prompt and kind when helping me with a query and I was treated like a real person by real people - rare these days ☺️

I’m extremely disappointed with D.LOUISE, both with the quality of their jewellery and, even more so, with their customer service.

I purchased a ring under order #317377. The ring has only been worn occasionally and has been carefully looked after, yet it has developed significant discolouration. All four claws are now completely silver, and in several other areas the silver-coloured metal is visibly showing through the original finish.

This is particularly disappointing because D.LOUISE promotes its Lifetime Guarantee as covering discolouration and tarnishing, with a replacement provided at no additional cost. Their LifeGuard® Technology was also one of the reasons I chose to purchase the ring, as it is advertised as heat resistant, sweat resistant, waterproof, and lotion and perfume safe.

I contacted D.LOUISE directly, explained the issue in detail, attached photographs clearly showing the discolouration and specifically requested a replacement under the Lifetime Guarantee.
They have completely ignored my email.

Not even an acknowledgement. Not even an explanation. Nothing.
I find this incredibly poor customer service. I would have been willing to give the company the opportunity to resolve the issue, but it is very difficult to have confidence in a “Lifetime Guarantee” when a genuine warranty claim can simply be ignored.

The product has failed to live up to the expectations created by the company’s own claims, and the lack of response has made the situation considerably worse.

A lifetime guarantee is only worth something if the company actually stands behind it.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from D.LOUISE to think carefully about how their warranty claims and customer service may be handled when something goes wrong.

I am still awaiting a response from D.LOUISE and would like the company to honour the Lifetime Guarantee and arrange a replacement as advertised.

Great customer service as well as beautiful products. I needed to exchange my bracelet for a differentt size and they made it very easy. This jewelry looks amazing!

Stunning jewellery - my sister brought me an engraved spinning necklace for my 30th. I have worn it every day since. When my son was born, I contact edcustomer service to ask if they could add his name to the engraving. Ashleigh and Glory dealt quickly and kindly with my request. I will treasure the necklace forever.

I have purchased many lovely items from D.Louise a necklace, earrings a thumb ring which I absolutely love, my daughters gifted me the lovely gold clove bangle which is beautiful however recently when I have been wearing it it had become undone & fell off a couple of times, but D.Louise customer service was exceptional they answered every email straight away & they are sending me a new one, this is the type of company you would always be happy to purchase off & if you are thinking about any of their items tray yourself you won’t be disappointed with the product or the service

Absolutely loved my order. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the hook but I contacted the team and the response was as quick and efficient as an emergency helpline. Not the first time I’ve ordered from this company. Always delighted with my jewellery. I placed a further order and on receipt of my Royal Mail “your parcel has been delivered notification, I realised my error in sending to an old address. Ashleigh immediately remedied it for me. No quibbles! Fantastic customer service. This is my 5th order and nothing has tarnished. It all looks as good as it did on receipt.

Just to say that the customer service at D.Loise is superb. I had an issue with a clasp not closing on a bangle and they got back to me within minutes and arranged a replacement straight away. I have several pieces of jewellery from this brand and they are all beautiful. Really great quality. I can't tell the difference from the few items of solid gold jewellery I have . Brilliant for travel, too, knowing you're not risking losing ££££s!

Great quality products, and really nicely packaged. I had a little manufacturing fault problem with one of the pieces, but their customer service team were so easy to get hold of and sorted it straight away. I will 100% be back for more.

My items look better than I ever expected. I wanted gold look without having to pay the price of actual gold. I was worried the materials might look cheap or fake but once they arrived I am so happy I bought them. I bought a necklace, two charms and a ring and they look amazing. I have my eye on a few others in the shop to ask Santa for! Really happy with my purchase.

I’ve turned so many people onto D Louise. I am currently wearing 2 sets of earrings, 4 rings, 3 bracelets and 2 necklaces of theirs lol. Yes I’m a fan esp of their CZ line. The solitaire necklace is gorgeous and so elegant. I have had a couple of pieces replaced for tarnishing which is such an easy process. I mean what company actually stands by their products anymore ?? It’s one reason I continually purchase from them for myself and as grifts.

Brilliant service I had slight problem with an item but all sorted via wats app customer service no arguments, nice and simple replacement sent. Brilliant, I was really unsure how easy it would be. So much so i have now placed another order for more items can’t wait to receive them. Thanks you
