Product (charm) was not respresented…
Product (charm) was not respresented accurately on website. I asked multiple via email multiple times to mail back on my own since they charge you $10 to return on a tiny package. They responded by saying I could mail on my own but would not send info. No choice but to spend $10 their way to return. Learned my lesson to NOT buy from these bogus jewelry company. They do not let you know all the details of returns on their website before ordering

We had a slight error in the items delivered and after a few photographs of bar codes and packaging, replacement items were sent out straight away and delivered the next day. What wonderful service. I was so excited to try this brand and…
I was so excited to try this brand and support a young female entrepreneur. Unfortunately, I’ve been left hugely disappointed.
I purchased a tennis bracelet that lost a stone within the first days wear. This is especially surprising given the brand’s strong claims about quality and durability.
To make matters worse, processing a return for this faulty item requires paying a postal fee, and the original shipping cost I paid is not refunded. This return policy feels particularly unfair for a defective product.
I hope the brand improves its quality control and customer service to better match the story it promotes.

We have a lifetime guarantee against tarnishing, and a 1 year warranty against broken items, and our policy is that we will arrange replacements/store credits for faulty items within these timeframes, and there is no need to return your item. This information is stated on our website, but I'm truly sorry if this was missed.

Bad experience with customer service until I left a review
I placed an order and tried to cancel it almost immediately, only to be told that this wasn’t possible because the order had already been dispatched. Given how quickly I contacted them, I do not believe this was true.
After I cited my consumer rights, they eventually agreed that I could return the items for a refund, but it took far too much effort to obtain what I was legally entitled to in the first place.
When the items arrived, I returned everything straight away.
Customer service responses are incredibly slow, making the whole process even more frustrating.
Businesses cannot simply create their own rules and ignore consumer rights.
UPDATE:. My refund has now been processed and will take 3-5 days to reach me. It’s taken a lot of effort and energy so whilst I appreciate getting the refund finally, I cannot recommend my experience with the company. Things certainly moved faster once I left a negative review but it shouldn’t have to get to that in my opinion.

Please be assured that we were not in any way accusing you of partially returning your order, and more often than not customers do change their mind on whether they'd like to keep items before returning their package.
A full refund for your order has now been processed, and please allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your account.
