This company do have the most gorgeous jewellery. The service and delivery is very efficient, and the jewellery comes in a lovely box and felt pouch. The customer service has been brilliant too. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for quality jewellery 🥰

D. Louise makes quality that they stand by! The first tennis bracelet I purchased, a couple years ago, a prong snagged on my sweater and a diamond fell out. They quickly responded to say they were working on a new design based the feedback and sent the new design to me. I was very impressed with their response! It is one of the nicest looking bracelet I own!! No one can tell that it is not a real tennis bracelet. Next, I purchased the eternity classic bangles which I was surprised fit my 5.5" wrist. Small size bangles are absolutely unheard of in US "adult" jewelry! The quality is consistent, the rich gold color is perfect as well as durable for daily wear without tarnish, dents, or looking dingy. D. Louise please make more small 5.5" type wrist bangles, and I will purchase many more! It's hard to tell from measurements how a bangle will fit/ look on my wrist, but most are way too big! Other purchase highlights include: the Bar signet ring size 5, has the weight you expect to feel in fine jewelry and the ring finish is so smooth and it looks gorgeous. I purchased the Engraved Compass necklace with stones which was lovely for Mother's Day and my birthday! I've gotten so many compliments on the pendant, it's big enough to show up with my outfits, but not gaudy and the chain is understated, making it look elegant. I received the new paperclip necklace that was free with the bangles, and guess what? It too has been improved from the first version paperclip necklace I purchased a few years ago. Specifically, the D.Louise logo is now on an inline link of the necklace, near the clasp, which looks so much classier than the round dangle with DL on it. I'm not sure I can ask more from a jeweler that engraves for free, considers feedback, understands how personal jewelry is to a woman and continues to improve their products. D.Louise jewelry is more durable than Monica Vinader, which I also own, because the finish does not scratch or rub off like the recycled 18K finishes do. It still has 18K rich gold quality appearance, not the washed out lighter color watery yellow golds. This rich color shows up and is a mark of quality jewelry. I'm tired of too expensive jewelry that is fragile and does not even show up on your outfits or seem to disappear at 2 ft away! This is not that. D.Louise designs have a classic modern style that shows so well and will last. Thank you!

I would avoid ordering from this company if you think there's any chance you may need to return something.
There was no returns information included with my order, and despite sending three separate emails asking how to return the item, I have received no response whatsoever.
Customer service appears to be virtually non-existent. There is no obvious alternative contact method, leaving customers completely stuck if they need help.
After reading other reviews mentioning similar issues with communication and returns, I can see this is not an isolated problem.
A simple reply to an email would have resolved this, but being ignored repeatedly is unacceptable.

I have many pieces of lovely jewellery from D Louise that I have worn constantly. The jewellery has remained tarnish free and as beautiful as the day I received it.
I had a problem with one necklace that was handled by customer services with efficiency, understanding and kindness.

Ordered a ring for a good price, which looked lovely but was small. So I returned. The return process was painful. I only got the cost refunded, so I paid around £3 for them to deliver it to me, and £11 for me to send it back to them. I want to support smaller businesses but that's a shocking process. Plus, it took over 10 days for them to even acknowledge receipt of the return despite me having sent the proof (tracking and picture) plus the tracking receipt. They only actually did anything when I left a negative review. And as above I still lost because I was a fortune on delivery costs both ways. Really disappointing. A company id have loved to support who just have really let me down.

I ordered 2 stacking rings. Unfortunately they’re not suitable. I put through a return request and asked for a part refund part exchange. However, trying to get hold of someone in customer services to answer my query regarding the return is proving to be very difficult. I have emailed 3 times in the last week and DM’d on Instagram. So far I have been ignored . Very poor and very disappointing.

Qulity of products is very low. I want to return them but they play with not wanting to fully refund all that was purchased as it was purchased as a bundle. Qualify ia very poor.

I was really disappointed with the customer service.
I realised almost immediately after placing my order that I had selected the wrong finish, so I contacted customer services straight away to cancel or amend it. I was told that this wasn't possible, but that I could return the item for an exchange or refund once it arrived. Fair enough.
When the order arrived, I didn't even open the box because I already knew it was the wrong item. However, when I went to arrange the return, I discovered that the product was actually ineligible for return.
Businesses have to allow some room for genuine mistakes, especially when customers contact them immediately after ordering. Had I been told from the outset that the item could not be returned under any circumstances, I would have understood the position, even if I wasn't happy about it. Instead, I was advised that a return would be possible, only to find later that it wasn't.
I've bought several items from this company before and have generally liked their products, although in my experience they look great initially but don't always stand up to long-term wear given the price point.
Unfortunately, it's the customer service that has lost my future business rather than the product itself. I can forgive a mistake, but I struggle with inconsistent information and a lack of flexibility when trying to resolve a genuine ordering error.

Ordered a ball chain and charm set as a gift for my daughter. However the ring on the chain comes apart very easily and the charms kept falling off. I contacted customer services as soon as my daughter made me aware of the problem attaching a small video of the problem. Its now been over a week and despite repeated emails I have had no response or resolution. My daughter has now had to purchase a second chain to hold her charms which defeats the entire purpose of this being a special gift for her. Although customer services initially responded promptly they repeatedly asked for the same information over and over and have now completely stopped responding. Very dissapointing as my daughter and I have a growing collection of your jewellery and really love it.

Ive bought quite a few pieces from D.Louise but disappointed that 3 of them have discoloured , 1 a ring which is really not good and I won’t be able to wear it.
This is not cheap jewellery and should be as it is advertised to be .
