Ive bought quite a few pieces from D.Louise but disappointed that 3 of them have discoloured , 1 a ring which is really not good and I won’t be able to wear it.
This is not cheap jewellery and should be as it is advertised to be .

Beautiful experience from start to finish! The quality of the jewellery is excellent — the craftsmanship and finish really stand out. A special shoutout to the customer care team, who were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had an issue with a missing piece on my tennis bracelet, and Jobie went above and beyond to get it sorted quickly and smoothly. I did like the charm i got but it was smaller than what i originally wanted so i decided to return it. First of all the return/refund is so complicated to do (probably to stop people from doing it) you have to basically dig for it to find it and then it asked you so many questions and is basically fully inconvenient - and you have to pay to return it! I selected the wrong return option and couldn’t change it (even though you can change from return to exchange or cancel the return) and when i emailed the customer service I never received a reply back so I am borderline forced to keep it now :) Other than the extremely inconvenient return and the fact I was borderline forced to keep it the item itself is nice and is clearly a good quality

Great customer service! I had an issue with one of the pieces I had bought and got in touch via WhatsApp. Got a really quick response and a replacement piece sent out to me. A sign of exceptional customer service is how they resolve any issues and D.Louise did so amazingly. I have bought several bits from them and will have no concerns with buying more. Thank you!

Ordered yesterday afternoon- received this morning! Amazing customer service - I did email after confirmation to ask if I could get it before next Monday, but Wow, they had sent it to Royal Mail immediately- very impressed & the 2 items are stunning, exactly what I wanted & I will not be taking them off anytime soon! I purchased a bangle in February..unfortunately the clasp had broken a few months later.I emailed Customer service,who were very prompt with there reply! I enclosed photos of my bangle as proof.Within a week I had a replacement bangle.Superb Customer service.Highly recommended D Louise for Beautiful jewellery 🤗

Awful customer service. Placed an order and told 2-3 days delivery. Three days later I send a text to Whatsapp customer service, no reply. Four days later I’m told one item was out of stock and nothing was sent, wasn’t even offered a refund just credit? I replied asking to cancel the order, also sent another text via Whatsapp. No reply anywhere. No items, no cancellation, no reply. Appalling customer service.

I bought a t bar bracelet which fell off several times - I contacted the company but they would not refund - offered a replacement for something else- I wore it today and it’s fallen off and lost so that’s a total waste of money- I explained the actual bar isn’t long enough therefore it’s unsecured and obviously not fit for purpose. Terrible customer service - beware buying the bracelet and if you need aftercare as they don’t seem to care once purchased from them!
