Service has been fantastic. Ordering was easy and Deborah was in touch quickly to arrange an installation date to suit me. I have also sought advice from her about a car seat issue for a family member via Facebook messenger and she has been so knowledgeable and helpful.

Deborah was absolutely brilliant! Not only was she so incredibly fast to respond (despite being a busy mum and business woman!), but she was really accommodating and helpful with any questions that I had about the car seats. They arrived in perfect conditions and speedily and Deborah helped me get a great install even from afar. Would highly recommend DMB Car Seats to anyone looking to purchase a new car seat for their littles or any accessories!

Very fast at getting back in touch with me. We managed to get an appointment within the week and follow up fitting was done within 2 days of us purchasing the seats. Very helpful and clearly very knowledgeable! Wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed and recommend to family and friends.

Quick in responding to my message regarding stock and quick delivery for spare parts. Posted monday and arrived wed. Would use them again when we need our next seat.

Deborah has so much knowledge and skills when discussing carseats and carseat safety, we were switching our newborns carseat from the one we bought and she was great the whole time. She made us feel at such ease and offered lots of choices. She also came and fitted the carseat and carseat base at our house which was excellent! Fully reccomend her!

Excellent customer service! Bought an Avionaut Sky from DMB just about a year ago now, seller is still happy to answer any queries regarding reinstallation when I want to make sure I’ve got it in ok or removing inserts, adjusting straps, etc. Any and all future car seats will be purchased from here, I’m honestly beyond delighted with the aftercare received.
