False advertising
I paid $30.00 for the test results the next business day. It was an option on the return form. I didn't receive them the next business day and $30.00 were withdrawn from my account the same day, I received an email stating DDC receive the packet from me. I paid the total of $179.00 the day I ordered the DDC test. I didn't have a balance. False advertisement and I didn't receive a refund.

Fast and friendly service
The woman I ordered from on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked with me. I paid a little extra to have the kit sent 2-night so it would be here for my twins’ birthday and it showed up perfectly on time. When I sent it back it only took a week to get the results so I was very happy. My twins were so happy to get the results.

I would never go anywhere else
I would never go anywhere else despite living in France and definitely recommend DDC to any who ask me where to do their testing. The personnel are efficient and friendly and the results rapid. And a couple of years ago they were the only laboratory who accepted to test the Labrador for the curly coat when all the others that I contacted said that it didn't exist in my breed. It does.
