3 years ago I had a prenatal paternity test "Peace of Mind" carried out by the DDC with my husband -> Result 99.9% <-
All the negative reviews have destroyed me. That is why my husband and I had another paternity test carried out after the birth in another laboratory in Germany under the conditions of the Genetic Diagnostics Act (documented sampling) The saliva samples from father, child and mother are taken by a doctor, photos are taken and fingerprints are taken.
The passport is copied and then the doctor has to put his stamp on it and sign it, then the package with the samples is sealed by the doctor and only the doctor himself is allowed to send the package to the laboratory Result 99.999% that my husband is the father. .. I can confirm that my prenatal paternity test is CORRECT. During this time I got to know a lot of women in different forums some women have used DDC some women Ravge but all women have one thing in common All women have had another test after the birth and all women can CONFIRM the result !!! Enjoy your pregnancy !!! Always remember there are negative reviews but NONE OF THIS PERSON will ever come back and be able to prove it and that's very strange because if I could prove something that is wrong I would do it so that everyone could read it ... DDC makes a good one Job :)

I bought the kit because it advertised same day results on the front of the box. Once I started reading the directions it claims 3-5 business days unless you want to fedex or ups it over night. I paid $100 to overnight it before 10am Friday. Then I received an e-mail saying I wouldn’t get my results back till Tuesday by 7pm. When I called customer support I waited on hold for 50 minutes only to be told that I had to pay for express services prior to sending it off. I said I’ll pay whatever you want right now! They had my tests at their lab already but I got absolutely no help. I’m very disappointed in how this all played out and I’ve missed out on 5 days with my possible new born baby.

We paid almost $500 to get a half-sibling test done and was told that we would get the results in 3 days! This has been so emotionally traumatic!! The company was apparently a “corporate account” so DDC wouldn’t share any info with us about our test and made us try to get a number from the corporate account guy. We never did get a number and then called back to DDC and still got no where. The whole process was a big scam and now we are out so much money and still no nothing because our test wasn’t done right! You work with scam companies like Fastest Labs of Pittsburgh and provide ZERO way to let us know if our test you did is legit? I bet you still have our samples too and probably doing research and selling our info and we never signed a release for any other company. Big scam!!!

Very bad experience. I paid for a Prenatal Paternity test through a third party company, that advertised 2 to 3 days results. Unfortunately, I didn't get the results back until 3 weeks. The results page has no Loci nor Alleles that was compared. I filed a dispute with the company after hearing from a DDC representative that stated if the samples were not received within 2 to 3 business days, I shouldn't have results. The third party company talked to me horribly, instead of suggesting new collection of samples that were not received within a reasonable time because of the storm in Texas. I know who my child's father is. I paid for the test for birth certificate purposes. I still have my ex husband last name and the actual father wanted his son to have his last name. The experience I have endured is unfortunate. Now I will have to get another test at my expense as well as an attorney.

I chosed your company to perform a home prenatal and I was very satisfied with the whole process. In my situation, it is not possible to perform a legal test, but only home testing. But I'm a little worried... What if the baby is born, we retest and it is found that the prenatal tests gave poor results? Will I be able to defend myself in any way, as the samples will be of unknown origin? Incorrect results would ruin my life. Has it ever happened in your company in 25 years that you have given an incorrect result? Thank you

DNA Diagnostics Center provided me with high quality customer service, everyone I spoke to and met with were warm hearted, clear, patient with my questions, and offered thorough step by step reassurance and support. When I showed up for my appointment the room was so private and I felt safe giving samples as the safety measures were absolutely top tier! I would recommend DNA Center for streamlined and high quality genetic tests, their flexible payment system also completely lightened and eased a stressful last minute appointment!

I did a prenatal paternity test with DDC. I got the exclusion of the alleged father. I am very worried if the result is correct. Is it possible for a 0% result to be confused? I know the cheek swab is from him, but I'm worried if the sample is contaminated in any way. Is it necessary to do a new test

DDC was great and fast their customer service was awesome I did have a little issue at one of their facilities the lady kept “forgetting” to send my documents and she was just rude from the beginning but other than that they were very helpful.

Their customer service is sloppy. I do not know either they just gave wrong information(not knowing their own service policy) or just lied. So, I can't say something good about this company.

We have now used this service for two litters. They are superb! We had a shipping problem this time (in the midst of the pandemic) and they resolved it quickly and generously. In difficult times people show their quality!
