So disappointed.
Needed a morning suit at short notice for Ascot.
Tried to order all last weekend but website would not complete order
E mailed the company who told me on Monday to order on a different browser.
Ordered suit. Paid for next day delivery.
Suit did not arrive
E mailed company.
Told it would arrive today
It didn’t
Courier stated address not clear - another order from the same company arrived this morning to the same address. It is recognisable on all sat nav’s.
E mailed Dobell after estimated delivery time today had expired and told suit would arrive.
It didn’t .
No help . No chasing courier. No apology.
No Ascot.
Now want full refund for suit and postage.

Credit where credit due. The customer services manager has been in touch and provided some compensation. Thank you . Just such a shame the company didn’t take my concerns seriously in time.

This is not in anyway a bad review about the product its about the service. Ordered a waistcoat for my husband which is to big we have been trying to return this for a smaller size but not allowing us to fill in the details in the Royal Mail return label. Have been emailing back and forward now 8 emails to be precise can somebody please advise how we get this back

Very long shipping times. Good quality of products. German support sends standartized (and incorrect) emails. Custormer pays shipping of returns. Returned products not refunded 1 week after receipt (tracking)... they are unable to match my return and ask me qestions they should handle ...

The jacket fitted good, but the trousers are definitely too large to be considered 'S' but other than this, all is good. For the price it was a very nice suit and good quality. Quite pleased.

Easy to return clothing which does not fit.It is a pitty that you do not produce larger sizes as I require size 56 R (UK size)..

A suit, trousers, shoes... - it was delivered very quickly and if i needed to change something because of wrong size, the change also worked nice and fast.
