Wir finden es schade, das die bestellte Kleidung nicht passt.
Unsere Grössen werden nach den europäischen Normen angefertigt, d.h.die Schnitte können im Laufe der Jahre angepasst werden.
Dann kann es auch vorkommen, dass die Grössen kleiner als erwartet ausfallen.
Darum bieten wir unseren Kunden gratis Retouren innerhalb von 4 Wochen an.
Unser Kundenservice könnte aber auch im Voraus die gewünschten Artikel nachmessen, so dass man diese Angaben mit eigener Kleidung vergleichen kann.
Sollten Sie Fragen oder Anmerkungen haben, stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung.

I have bought a very nice tuxedo, the quality is great and it suits me in the best way possible.
At the beginning I chose a wrong jacket size, I sent it back, I asked for another one, and I received my money back at the bank with no problem.
