good prices but the delivery service is hit and miss. Made one purchase which was shipped out 48 hour then made a second order (similar size and weight if not lighter) which wasn't dispatched for 2 days and shipped by some inferior longer yodel service.5 days later and still no sign of delivery. i ordered so other products of a different company at the same time which came next day (4 days ago).i just think in todays day and age that's to long

We’re glad you were happy with the pricing, but sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with the delivery. Just to clarify a few things that might help. All our items are shipped using the same courier and the same service. We don’t use different shipping levels depending on the order.
Our shipping policy states that orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days, and from there delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is handed over to the courier, tracking is provided so you can follow its journey. If you didn’t receive this, feel free to reach out and we’ll make sure you have it.
You also mentioned one order was shipped in 48 hours and another in 2 days, which are actually the same timeframe and both fall within our usual dispatch window.
We totally understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when other parcels arrive sooner. While we aim to get orders out quickly, we don’t have control over how long couriers take once they’ve collected the parcel.
