Sturdy design but the defective product…
Sturdy design but the defective product I received would have been rated better if the left sleeve cuff still had the elastic inside supporting it. Delivery took ages but was ahead of schedule, they keep the cost down but I’d have liked the option for next day delivery.

Very good quality. Thick material. Back pocket a little smaller than im used to in comparison to training vest but can still fit a tug in there. Plenty of pockets. Good fitting hoody. 5ft6 67kg sized medium

Painfully slow delivery!
Ordered Tuesday evening, now Saturday and still not arrived. Got a Parcel2Go link that pretty much tells me nothing other than the parcel is with Yodel and it’s not expected to be delivered until the following Tuesday? No mention of a 1 week delivery time at checkout when you are paying for delivery. Really poor, and won’t be using them again directly from their website. Buy off Amazon instead.

Customer service excellent, we initially ordered the medium tail gate lock, but once we tried it on our car it was the wrong size. Very helpful on how to exchange, and delighted with the item now it is the right size.

Top quality harness very well made
Top quality harness very well made
I had to do some minor adjustments for it to fit my gsd like a glove. It was delivered 2days earlier than expected.
Note it’s quite heavy so not really good for a senior dog or dogs with joint problems.
