Kevin was not only very knowledgeable and professional but he was genuinely a lovely person to deal with. Usually I’m a bit apprehensive when trades come into the house when I’m on my own but he was so friendly and fantastic with my children that I felt completely at ease with him.

Kevin came to our aid as we wanted a Hive thermostat fitted for extra ease and comfort.Done a great job and explained everything on how to work it via the app etc.Totally highly recommended and trustworthy and polite.Great workmanship.
Kevin came to us via word of mouth and we were so glad he did. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to have to our rescue. Our boiler circuit board packed up. He knew immediately what was at fault and was straight down the middle with the next step. He was professional and attentive. Couple days later he was back with the part and it was fixed in no time. Kevin is a lovely genuine fella and we were most comfortable with leaving him in the house to work. He even spoke with my Husband on the phone prior to attending our property and guided him through a few solutions to try and sort the problem ourselves without his assistance. Not many plumbers will be happy to give you their time for free and potentially loose the job for themselves by doing so. Kevin is now in our phone book and will always be our go too plumber when the next problem arrives - which as nice as he is, hopefully wont be anytime soon!
