DID NOT ORDER BUT SOMEHOW THE MANAGED TO TAKE MONEY AND WILL NOT RESPOND - HAVE HAD TO GET NZ POLICE & FRAUD DEPT FROM BANK - THEY MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH "WE LOVE COSMETICS AS THEY DID EXACTLY SAME THING ON SAME DAY

I placed my order 6 weeks ago for light face treatment since I placed order have no updates a order number .. but when tried to email ..Regards to update no reply ..$215 US dollars is ..without saying..a lot of money.thank goodness paid with PayPal.. and have put in a dispute...
I'm really getting peeved of with these adverts on Facebook maybe they need to look into their advertisements..no chance I guess ....so we must be the suckers.....

Purchased Masseger from add on Instergram. Receive email to say 'posted' receive the item and all in chinese. As I cannot read Chinese I do not know how to turn the machine on or operate it. No lights on machine. Contacted company NOTHING - I paid with PayPal, contacted PayPal and supplier demanded item be returned to them for credit, they expect me to pay A$30 for postage back to them. Contacted PayPal was not happy with this, as suppliers is responsible for faulty item to be returned - awaiting reply from PayPal .
Reading the Bad reviews, I realise this is a company that cannot be trusted. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW INSTERGRAM OR FACEBOOK ALLOW A COMPANY WHO IS OBVIOUSLY NOT TO BE TRUSTED ALLOWED TO SELL. SCAMMING PEOPLE. FACEBOOK AND INSTERGRAM NEED TO CHECK COMPANIES OUT BEFORE THEY SELL ON THEIR SITE.

Product doesn't work and won't refund me as 'i have used it'! But how can i know it works if i don't try it! Ridiculous
Dessert Maker...made loud noise, spat some lumps of food out, smelt of burning and stopped. Cheap plastic construction, definitely not worth the money.

Bought a 'Healthy Dessert Maker' - it is absolute rubbish - plastic, useless and arrived in a broken box looking as though it had been used before. I have since tried emailing them to return the product but no reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from these scammers & warn others. Total con’s, why are theses thieves allowed to advertise without vetting them firstly.

I bought the massager and it cracked on the two pin plug part so unsafe to use. I cannot contact them at all as site under maintainance.

I'm from Glasgow and placed my order with this company through an advert on Facebook. I was sent a confirmation email, I was sent an update on despatch and then another stating expected delivery date. I received my order today which was a lot earlier than I truly expected so I was happy with the service in that respect and was excited to try my product, which is the Anti Wrinkle silicon patches. I used them every day for said time for 10 days in a row and never felt or noticed any difference at all. So don't buy this product, I just wasted £23 on a few pieces of rubber so basically they're a con and really don't see why this company is allowed to advertise or even sell this product at all.

I purchased the massager, which was rubbish. Didn't vibrate vigoursly. I have returned it,and two and a half weeks later,they have ignored my emails and have not refunded me! Scammers! Beware!

I bought this product the other month like the other reviews think ive been ripped off it doesnt vibrate the light comes on ive just actually give it another go with the gel on my stomache and feel like my stomache is burning dont know if this is suppose to happen or its the massager or gel. But wouldnt waste my money again total waist of £25 😡

Received my product, however, with a part missing so unable to use. 7 emails sent with photos to 3 different email addresses however, yes you guessed it no response.
They have the cheek to actually quote on their website below; -

Returns Address: DockBeauty Aryana Haslemere Hindhead Road GU26 6AY. Good luck, I'm having problems with them has well. It took so long to send, writing emails and them not responding. How can you see if a product works after 14days, it's 30days return.

I had ordered a product which wasn’t received, sent email and email return as undelivered. Opened PayPal case as not received, days later company sent item recorded delivery. Item received but no longer needed, changed case to return the item, this company completely ignored my request and PayPal closed my case as not covered by protection guarantee. Beware of this company and with PayPal

PLACED AN ORDER THEY HAVE MY MONEY ......WONT ANSWER EMAILS AND CLEVERLY WONT PUT A PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR SITE......FEELING SCAMMED. REALLY ANNOYED WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST AND HOW FACEBOOK KEEP ALLOWING THEMTO ADVERTISE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED I DONT KNOW ...

Customer service is absolutely disgusting. They do not respond and I have returned item as it came to me damaged and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund.

Wish I had came here and read the reviews before I ordered could of saved myself the hassle.

A load of rubbish, I contacted for a refund as I did not see any change, I was told that 14 days had passed and was not able to get a refund, so if your not happy with product after 14 days you are stuck with it, this is a long term process if it doesmt work then you should be allowed a refund even if its gone over the 14 day return date, its a scam I wasted £25 on crap

Don’t buy from this company scammers !!! Arrived broken promised a refund didn’t get it !!! Don’t answer e mails either !!!

I have a faulty wire i have emailed so many time's, they just ignore you, i wish i never bought this now

Terrible, wish I had come on here and read the reviews first. Currently trying to get my money back, it definitely is a scam. Save your money.

After waiting six weeks instead of seven days, my little massage machine arrived, complete with pretty flashing lights. It is completely useless, does not have any practical use. Don’t make my mistake, keep your money in the bank / pocket or wherever you keep it, but don’t give it to this crooked company
