I wish I hadn't wasted nearly £25. I was mislead with facebook customer reviews, which are probably fake. I should have checked on here first. I did receive item after a long time, but I am no faith in this product. Everything about this company spells fake/scam. Email address, lack of information, no phone number and on my so called manual of product it doesn't read well. No company name and just says 'owners manual'. Took ages to arrive and maybe they sent it because I tried to get my money back through paypal, but without luck. Stupid mistake I made. Product looks nice, but doesn't work. Just made it look good to fool people. I notice now it doesn't appear on facebook. So guess facebook have removed it. But to late for some of us who have wasted money.

Just received my product and after…
Just received my product and after reading the reviews on Facebook I was worried, anyways packaging wasnt the bed to be honest and the ma hine actually looks nice except it doesn't actually come on! The lights work but the machine doesn't vibrate so I'm guessing I've been scammed also which is a real shame that this company has no remorse and enjoy scamming people, So beware this product for me did not work.

Dockbeauty is FAKE BEWARE !!!!
Been waiting for my order over 3weeks!!! Still no sign of my order. When emailed asking where has the process gotten to ?? I got a email straight back saying " Adress not found" had to contact my bank to get refund seen as my order was well over £80 haven't received my goods too with no adress found im guessing nothing intends to come either after bank investigate should get full refund.
Dockbeauty didn't hesitate about taking full payments straight away think its disgusting what they are doing scamming innocent people.
With other reviews given them 5 stars im guessing they work for the actual Dockbeauty scamming department !!!
