Unbelievable bad

Unbelievable bad. Never received day two test- never got an answer on any of my emails to their customer support center. I will now try and cancel day two test but not hopeful for refund.
Cant believe the government gave this company a contract and they use the good name of ‘doctors’ to make money. Shocking!

Refunded eventually

No answers. Paid 149GBP for day 2 and 8 tests, had to cancel the booking 5 minutes later and never received a refund. No communication, no answers to emails.
Total scam!! Homepage is offline, too. BEWARE

Edit: eventually, somebody answered my emails and I received a refund shortly after the contact. Seems like a miracle!

I have paid for 'after arrival test day…

I have paid for 'after arrival test day 2 and test day 8' paid £188 received confirmation but never received the test kits. No reply to my e-mails complaining no chance to get anyone of the company on the phone. I can only advise not to do business with this company. They are not regulated by the Parlamentary and Health Ombudsman and neither are they regulated by ISCAS. ISCAS adviced to take legal action to recover my money as they are unable to help solving my issue with Doctor.uk
