I was having my driveway done and asked Duane at doctor electrical to advise and quote on having electrics installed in my garage along with the ability to add electric car charging points and some driveway lights that would come on whenever a car or person came or left the driveway.

For both the initial consultation, armoured cable installation and then actual wiring of the garage Duane always arrived on time and kept me well informed.

For the initial consultation Duane checked what I wanted and advised on the best way of doing it, including where to trench and how deep. Once these had been dug by the driveway company he came back in the pouring rain to lay the cables so as to keep the project on tract (the driveway company had delayed things which has messed up the original works schedule).

When it came to wiring up the garage he did an exceptional job, cabling was neat and tidy, everything level. The safety certificate was issued the same day. I cannot fault his work or work ethic.

I would highly recommend Duane for any and all electrical jobs no matter how big or small.

Duane was very professional and helpful. He did the several jobs we needed him to do quickly and without mess or inconvenience. I would recommend his services gladly and pleased I have a electrician I can call on when needed.

Duane rewired the whole house and took care to ensure we could still live in the premises whilst it took place,
Also helped find a good plasterer and overall a quality service provided at the times stated.

Excellent service carrying out a number of jobs here recently, Duane always arrives at the pre arranged time. Would recommend without hesitation. Reliable, knowledgeable and polite.

Initial diagnosis of the power outage to our house was determined only after completion of a thorough and comprehensive inspection of the entire property.
The property required a full re-wire which was arranged within two weeks of the initial diagnosis. In the meantime a temporary safe supply of electricity was made possible to enable restricted heating, hot water and hygienic living conditions.
Disruption to the property was kept to a minimum wherever possible despite extensive physical remedial work being required.
Throughout this very distressing period the service provided was very knowledgeable and above all we were made to feel safe despite the chaos.
We cannot thank “Team Doctor Electrical” enough for their service throughout; regrettably the same cannot be said of our ‘providers’ British Gas who have let us down very badly and behaved in a thoroughly unprofessional manner.

Booked in advance service which worked well for me, Duane and Ben arrived and were really polite throughout. Very helpful throughout and even after service experience was good. Will highly recommend and do business again with them. Thank you.

Couldn't find nicer guys than the Doctor Electrical lads! Really thorough, knowledgeable and fixed a problem that has baffled us and others! Thoroughly checked everything was in working order before leaving and left everything tidy. I would absolutely recommend Doctor Electrical Limited.

We have used Duane and Doctor Electrical a couple of times, once when our system kept tripping and later to replace a couple of lights.
