So easy to use! Got the results I needed. Easy to get the prescription filled at the local pharmacy. I got sick on my trip and needed to contact a doctor. Got an appointment quickly and found the doctor to be intelligent, thorough, and easy to speak with. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use this service again.

Invalid prescriptions and no help
Was given a completely fake looking prescription with just a doctors name, no contact information or address or medical qualification. When I called them they told me that it had been more than 7 days since my appointment so there was nothing they could do.

A much-needed and greatly appreciated service!
My husband and I (US citizens) both got sick (chest infection, and sinus infection) while hiking the Cotswold Way. Doctorsa enabled us to get the medicines we needed to start feeling better and continue our hike. The process had some technical difficulties; e.g., I never got my confirmation code through email, but had better success when I switched to WhatsApp. The email confirmation codes came in hours later. But we both were presented with several available doctors fairly quickly after inputting our requests. And we both were able to get appointments fairly quickly instead of having to wait for hours. I wasn't able to get my video working on my mobile phone, but my doctor was willing and able to call me on my mobile to do a voice appointment. This is a much-needed service!! Honestly, if we hadn't been able to use this service, we might have had to cancel the rest of our trip and go home early. We wish Doctorsa ongoing success and growth!!

Easy process appointment to pharmecy
Had problems video connecting but the support team was very helpful. They made sure that we recived a appointment. The doctor was very helpful and receptive. Was not feeling well at all and the whole experience went well from appointment to being able to recieve perscription required.

The whole procedure was brilliant
The whole procedure was brilliant. A quick summary of my issues and a short form to complete and within minutes I was sent a list of doctors who could help.
Dr Lopez was excellent. He listened well to my issue and explained a course of action. He emailed me a prescription and gave me clear instructions regarding medication and how to get the prescription filled on a Sunday in France.
I would definitely recommend this service. Quick, efficient and every step explained well which I thought was very useful being a tourist from the UK in France.
